Omid Mandave was so professional! He talked us through all the possible issues with our toilet before showing us some possible solutions and prices. The price was very transparent with no surprises! Because we live in a condo on the bottom floor, it was so helpful that Omid explained in detail the possibilities before getting to work. Luckily the toilet is now fixed with no leaks or backup issues! He even left the extra solution with us so we can pour more down tomorrow. We would for sure recommend to friends and family in town.

Fox Service is excellent. Always responsive, usually w/in 24 hours and their techs are great. Well trained, professional and they have a great attitude. There are some custom areas of my system and they always say, don’t worry we will figure it out and fix it, and they always do. Excellent company.

Called to ask questions about their company to give them some business. The lady acted as if they had enough business and was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. She said that if i needed to ask more questions to call in the afternoon. Very bad customer service. !
