Best Electrical Panel Upgrades in Austin TX
I'm happy with Grayzer Electric since they thoroughly explained information and helped me understand so I could choose wisely. I wasn't sure which route to choose given the almost twofold price difference between installing NEMA ($500) and Tesla Wall Connector ($1100). If I chose the less expensive NEMA option now, I was worried that there would be issues in the future. With the help of an informed family member, I verified the information Grayzer Electric had given me and realized they are obviously professionals in their industry. I decide to use the Tesla charger they suggest. They no longer install NEMA, in any case. They installed my Tesla charger the day after I accepted their quote.

Amazing service, very professional. Max came into my house and i forgot to put my dog up, but he loved on her to make her feel comfortable. Then got to work on a couple of bad Fuse's. Super quick, and very reliable. I will go to him for all of my issues now, way better than waiting for 3 days for some other company to possibly try and show up. He said he would be there within a few hours and kept me up to date with texts and calls. That's real service right there.

Helpful on the phone even before coming out for a service call; Cole was professional, didn’t rush me, and did quality work after laying out three ways to address my residential issue with a treadmill.

We were introduced to Klock's many years ago for fan installation in our home, and at the time we didn't know they also performed simple electrical repairs and installation. Since that time, we have tried other electricians for various odd jobs and repairs around the house, but their quality, pricing, and availability were always variable (and often disappointing). Recently, we have required odd jobs and additions in our home due to upgrading, and so we called Klock's to give us reliable service. Their bandwidth is amazing (i.e., they can handle almost any electrical job we need), and as time went on we noticed they are not only reasonably priced compared to other electricians, but very responsive and friendly. They return calls promptly, can often determine our exact needs over the phone, and we don't have to wait several weeks (or a month) for the job to be completed. They are now our go to company for all of our electrical repairs and new installs. They might have a ceiling on what they can do, but we haven’t yet found it! Highly recommended!

William swung by my house after I had some trouble with my breaker box. He quickly and expertly explained the issue, which was my ignorance. The entire visit took about 20 minutes and not only was the situation handled but I also learned something about the electrical components and general standing of my house.I will definitely use them again in the future for any and all of my electric needs.

Omg. These guys are simply amazing! Tom, the tech that came by to do work for us, was beyond amazing. He showed up at 9 and worked straight through till 6 PM pointing out several issues that were both electrical and other items to note about the new home we purchased. Recognizing I was new to the area he gave me phone numbers that would help me with problems that I have as well as gave me great suggestions that would save me both time and money. I expect somebody to just come in and blow through the 405 items I needed to be done. Tom did much more. He absolutely cared about the work you did and we found something wrong he would take care of it even though wedding on my list to be done I expected somebody to just come in and blow through the 4-5 items that needed to be done. Tom did much more. He absolutely cared about the work he did and when he found something wrong he would take care of it even though it wasn't even on my list to be done. As an example, he reprogrammed my fan so the remote control would work. Who does that?? I can’t say enough about Dial One as an organization and Tom as a technician! Highly recommend these guys!!

Last week, I found a professional electrician to install switches and sockets in my house. He was courteous, punctual, and performed a fantastic job. I discovered the sockets weren't working after he left my home, so he had to return and fix them.

Browne sent a representative named Laura to survey the work requested. She was on time and professional. She created a clear proposal with multiple options.Adam came to perform the work. He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.

I was just talking to my friend about a light fixture that I needed fixed and he told me about this company. So, he called them up and they came right over. They fixed the light fixture in half the time it would have taken for me to do it on my own!

This company charges WAY too much. They just replaced two light fixtures and did a few small things (like replacing the battery in the smoke detector) and charged $580. This seems totally outrageous. I would never call this company again.

Called due to great online reviews as I found myself with a bad breaker for my dishwasher. Lucky for me, Jason was able to fit us into his busy schedule because he had and unexpected open window.Friendly, came on time, did a great job, and at a good price. Not much else you can ask for in my opinion. Great job, thanks Jason. A+
