Best Electric Car Outlets in Austin TX
I used to be a fan of Grayzer Electric and I have no complaints at all with their electricians. My complaint is with the owner and his wife who runs the office.I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company over the years at several homes and my last home and Lago Vista I had problems with eight $25 electric timer which I asked the owner to please replace and I would provide the new timer at my cost which he refused to do. If you can’t take care of a customer who is spent thousands of dollars and been a loyal customer for years then I don’t have any use for your business.

Darin and his team were amazing!! Top notch service, outstanding quality, and excellent advise on where to place recess lighting. They installed 14 cans and switches in half a day...I won’t hesitate to call him and his team back for additional electric work. Thanks guys!

They were astronomically expensive, inexperienced, and when I got my final quote the electrician accidentally showed me me his laptop screen and it had a Zillow price estimate for me home. I can only assume they charge based off of your home value, which is gross. I would never recommend them.

I had Mister Sparky give me a quote on some electrical work I needed. Nick and his colleague, Chris, arrived on time. They were thorough, professional, personable, and did a comprehensive review of my entire home's electrical system. At the end of the visit they provided me with a number of options to review and consider for the electrical work that needed to be done.I was super impressed by their knowledge, approach to customer service, and their thoroughness. Would recommend Nick and Mr. Sparky to others.

Are you looking for a reliable licensed electrician? I hired RETIZ ELECTRIC LLC to install my 230v, 50 Amp brand new hot tub. It was easy to set up a free in person estimate Mr. Chris W. He arrived promptly and thoroughly discussed my project information with me. The same day I received an itemized quote listing all the needed materials for the install and labor cost. It was competative with other quotes. Yet, a little highier. But by less experienced electrician. I had so many questions and concerns about the installation. All my questions were answered. All required information for a permit with my city was completed efficiently by Retiz Electric. The pre-wire, completion for installation and inspection with through without one hiccup! Prompt communication was always professional. All my questions throughout the completion of my project were addressed. Retiz Electric LLC commertial & residential definately stand by their Core Values listed on their website! Thank YOU RETIZ Electic - Irvin, Chris & Jay!

Technician named Thomas (not in your list of technicians, probably because he was working there only 4 months) was NOT wearing shoe covers, gloves, or mask when he came to the door. I didn't mind THAT but that was what your scheduling receptionist said he would be wearing, over the phone. He also didn't seem completely knowledgable on ceiling fan wiring and the power needed for light kits, and he had trouble reinserting the hardware into the fan, first by holding the fan up for him, and then get on my bed and screw in the h/w for him. Didn't mind helping but that's very risky to have a customer assist with all that part of diagnosis. When he left my house, he didn't secure the main rotor well, now it wobbles a lot on high speed. Did not do that before. Also, he did not know how to find the source of the neutral wire failure in one of the dining room outlets. He said one needed rewiring and the other needed replacing. So I asked him to do that. He charged me $ 240 for changing 2 electrical outlets and waived the diagnostic fee. He offered to just have me pay the $ 160 but I felt I should pay him for his time, assuming one of the outlets was working now. I thought one of the 2 outlets worked but it STILL DOESN'T. So nothing was actually fixed. He diagnosed the fans but that was it. Please refund me the difference between the $240 and the $ 160 diagnostic fee. Thanks

Global Electric is now my go to company for whatever work I need done. I ended up with a lot of water and electrical damage last February 2021, during the big freeze. It has taken a long time to get all the water damage repaired. But when it came to the electrical Global did a great job. They were on time and reasonable priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are awesome! 5 stars isn't enough. I will call them first for any future electrician needs at the business and at my own home. They went above and beyond during the unprecedented winter storms in Texas When we were the only business in the area that that still didnt have power, when it was restored to everyone else around us, after 2 days of straight brown out - I knew we had an isolated issue at our property. Mind you it was after 9pm, and I knew it wasn't a rolling black out issue (our meter was on) but no power at all in this large 3 story building. I called a dozen electricians and all were either no answer or told me it would be days before some one would come. Already feeling defeated, I looked one more time on google and found Morningstar Light & Electric and decided to call. Natalie promptly answered my call, I explained my situation, and after a brief hold she told me some one was on their way. Sure enough Ken showed up through the miserable driving conditions and walked and talked with me for over an hour and got our power back on. He answered all of my questions and showed me step by step what I could do it something similar happens again(I would have never figured it out - with all the knobs, buttons, levers on this commercial main disconnect). From the first phone call to them I didnt even ask about what their charges, rates, or emergency after hour fees would be- I was just glad to have a professional come out and help me . I told Ken and Natalie to contact me directly the next day and Ill take care of the invoice my self. A couple of days go by and Natalie calls me to tell me that Morningstar Electric is not going to charge us a dime!Electrician Ken and Morningstar Electric came out here in the middle of the night during an ice/snow storm that Texas has never seen before and gave light and heat to all the people stuck here! WITH NO CHARGE!

Great experience with ATX Electrical Services. They were very easy to schedule and responsive to questions and concerns. The electrician they sent out even took a little more time to talk about future projects after he was done with what we hired him for. I will definitely use them in the future.
