Fox Service Co. is the only company I will use for my Navien tankless water heaters. They are certified and have saved my systems from failure a number of times. Fox personnel are smart, kind, and efficient. Today, a small gasket was failing on one Navien and the service rep called all over town to find a replacement part and drove many miles to pick up the small part we needed so we were not inconvenienced with half of our house being without water.

APC was recommended for remodeling electrical work when we moved to Austin in 2010. Since then, APC has serviced our AC/ heating unit annually at our home and also a rental home.
