Best Retrofit Lighting in Jacksonville FL

Just want to give a shout out to Travis and Leo, American Electrical Technicians. I had a problem with a smoke alarm. I had no idea that they should be changed every 10 years. I was the last call of their day, but they were still upbeat, polite, ready to solve my problem. They came with new smoke alarms and installed them in no time. Very bad experience! Disorganized bunch! Made an appointment with me rather fast; so I canceled my trip and rushed across town to meet the estimator Bryce.....appointment was at 11:30, I waited until 11:46 to call the office and nobody knew anything??? I was told I'd get a call back, I waited onsite until 12:05, finally giving up in disgust. Later on a lady from the office called and left a message that he wouldn't be able to come; that he was on his way to Orange Park. Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very disorganized company.

If you need electrical work done this is the place to come great prices and on time workers that gets work done in a reasonable time.

Horrible service, could not get the job done

This is a top notch company. First, Ken responded the same day we called and provided an honest written estimate for the work we wanted done. They scheduled us for two weeks out and like we planned, we received a call from the crew at 7:30am the morning advising they would be there in 33 minutes. Zack and Willie arrived on time and both were highly competent professionals and very personable. They worked hard, in extreme heat, and exceeded our expectations. They even did a few extra things not in the estimate at no charge. The work they did was excellent and A.S.E. has made loyal customers out of us.

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

Have had two crews out to do all sorts of work from changing out light fixtures to installing new outlets and switches - everyone has been professional, punctual, cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile to make everything look right. I had a chandelier that was difficult to put together that David tweaked to look beautiful. Jim had to crawl in my attic in a very tight spot to make sure that new outlets for my bathroom were positioned where they needed to be - the extra effort made the difference in the details and I'm very pleased with all the work I've had done!

KO Electric did several things for us, rerouted wires, moved outlets, installed new outlets, etc. Made 2 trips to our home and was always on time and very professional. Very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They even cleaned up after themselves after we told them we would do it. Would definitely use them again!

They ok don't just quit though the might assume you'll be nobody.

Just watched these smooth-brains drive like maniacs, doing 80 in a 55mph, tailgating, while towing two jet skis, WITHOUT WORKING BRAKE LIGHTS ON THEIR TRAILER. An electrical company that can't be bothered to make sure their brake lights are working! How embarrassing! I can't imagine going through life with such little competence, self-respect, or awareness. I noticed another reviewer also commented on their driving and the company claimed it was a family emergency and offered a discount. Same excuse this time, fellas?
