Maybe just a string of bad luck. I've used them before and they were good. This time we had alot of issues with getting proper lights and miscommunication. The actual Electrician was super nice, did nice work and cleaned up. Their prices are also good. I kind of hold management at fault in this situation. I had to chase for updates. Some feedback would be if you have to go back to a client's house 3 times, management should be all over the situation and calling the client. Otherwise the quality of work was good.

We had a lot of light fixtures installed inside and outside of our house requiring the two electricians to have to get in the attic in a hundred plus degrees. They did a great job and made sure we were okay with the way the light fixtures would look before installing them. They were courteous and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We intend to use them again in the future.

Met Ray Thayer as we needed some home warranty work done. Power went out on several outlets, another company came out and could not fix the problem. Ray Thayer was then dispatched, able to diagnose the issue and find the fault. I would highly recommend giving Thayer Electircal a call if you need service.

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. We just used Beaches Electric to remove our old light fixtures and to install a new light and chandelier on our high ceilings. They did a fantastic job! They were quick to respond, time efficient, professional and friendly. Loved them! They will definitely be our new go to for any electrical needs. I highly recommend them!
