Josh Petrie was my service technician. He was excellent. Very good at communication and he knows what he is doing. I enjoyed the small talk with him too. I feel like I know him and his family now. Was very pleased with the service we received from Thompson Electric. They helped with several things around our house, garage and installing outside outlet. The work was done within a short time and everything is working great. Tney took pains in keeping things clean and neat and the price was excellent to fix all they fixed. We had checked with others and they were much better priced for what was needed. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were with their service and the people we worked with. Everyone at Thompsons was so kind and didn't try to stick us with things we really didn't need. Very trust worthy honest people. Will be using them again in the future and highly recommend their company.

Great job by Dependent Electric on both the LED lighting project on my office building, as well as outlet and switch installation/relocations at my new house. Got outlets into areas another electrician said couldn't be done without cutting drywall. They cleaned up after the job and left it like it was always there. Bryan and his team are great.

Very professional, nice guys came to wire my 2 1/2 garage, 2005, they did a great job, then hurricane Irma 2017 came took out that garage, then Pilot elec. came and wired another garage.
We’re very happy with this company. Pilot Electric also changed out our door bell and I use them for some small jobs as well. They always save me money, and that’s a win for us.

I am a long time customer. I trust them and use only them. Reliable, honest, affordable.

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.
