Caleb, our technician, came out to do the yearly maintenance service on our whole house generator. He was professional and very efficient changing the oil, filters and spark plugs so that the system will be like new for the hurricane system. We really appreciated his attention to detail.

We are so grateful to Advance Electric for helping us every time we have an electrical issue or question. They are very professional and go out of their way to take care of us - even when I call first thing in the morning and they are booked solid. I called GNH to swap out an old ceiling fan with a new one. All the wiring was in place. I asked for a quote over the phone and they said for some reason they couldn't give me one. My usual electrician was booked up for a few weeks and GNH was available the next day. They said it was a $50 service fee to come check it out which would be applied to any work done. Although I thought it was strange they couldn't even give me a ballpark estimate on the fan replacement, I needed it done quickly so I had them come out. The electricians were nice and showed up on time. But as soon as one of them looked at the fan he said did they give you a price over the phone? I told them they said they couldn't do that...then I had a bad feeling. He immediately looked at it and said $200. I thought that's a little high but I need it done, plus it's really just $150 because the service fee would be applied to the final price. They finished up in about 30 minutes and the fan works fine. They didn't show me an invoice, just took the card and ran it. I said So that's 200 minus the 50 dollar service fee? He said yes and ran the card and I signed. Later that day I looked at the receipt they emailed me and it was $200. I emailed them saying it must have been a mistake, and they said no...it was $250 minus the $50 service charge. I told them that's not what I was told. They basically said, well too bad you approved it. I told them I was told I was paying $150 and they just RAN MY CARD WITHOUT SHOWING ME AN INVOICE at all, no matter what they say or how they may respond to this. Then they stopped emailing me back. So BE CAREFUL and demand a quote over the phone...if they won't give you one...find someone else.

I would strongly recommend All Service Electric to anyone needing electrical work! I spoke with Ken on multiple occasions and he was always polite, helpful and very professional. I had a terrible experience with another company who did an terrible job doing a rewire in my home. It made me very cautious when dealing with any contractors, but the people at All Service Electric restored my faith that there are good honest contractors out there. When they finished the job it was as if there weren't even there except for the problems being resolved! I would say they are the best in Jacksonville!

Had a small but unique job that I had a difficult time getting someone out to look at. Howard Electrical came out to understand the issue and provide a fair estimate for the work. There was also some cutting of stone that was needed in order to fit the new electrical box. They reached out to their network to get it all encompassed and got it done professionally and efficiently. Will certainly reach out again for any electrical needs in the future.

Great Service! Called other electricians and got the We are too busy to help you but A.E.C. didn't push me away. Showed up when they said and we were back up and running. Will definitely use them again!

Very professional, nice guys came to wire my 2 1/2 garage, 2005, they did a great job, then hurricane Irma 2017 came took out that garage, then Pilot elec. came and wired another garage.
We’re very happy with this company. Pilot Electric also changed out our door bell and I use them for some small jobs as well. They always save me money, and that’s a win for us.

Daniel promptly answered my online request and scheduled a visit to look into my irrigation electrical problem. He listened to what I thought was the problem and he took it from there. He was able to isolate a wiring issue which he repaired. Sprinklers are fully functional and automated! You could tell that he enjoyed what he was doing and is a true professional. I will definitely contact Volt Edge Electric for any future electrical needs.

The electricians are amazing , pay is horrible, no benefits, no vacation pay refuses to pay for overtime., office is toxic so much drama. Inappropriate language. I would give the guys out in the field 10 stars but office -0.

The man who answered the phone said they are only servicing existing customers, so if you are a new customer don't waste your time calling.
