Wayne did a fantastic job installing a chandelier in my kitchen. I also hired him to replace the light kit in my bedroom fan. I had been told by another electrician that the light kit was broken beyond repair, but Wayne offered to fix it and indeed he did. Saved me $50 after I returned the replacement light kit. Thanks Wayne!

Service of installation was very professional. But the first thing I asked them before sliding the new oven into place was to give me a chance to clean where the old one had been because there were splatters of food on all the walls and the floor was very dirty. This was years of accumulation of food, grease, and dirt. Unfortunately they put the oven back without letting me clean. Almost in tears, I went to take a nap. And voila, when I woke up, my husband informed me the gentlemen had came back and got on their knees and did all the cleaning. This was an especially kind act since I am recovering from a serious concussion. A great big thunderbolt to you, BOLT ELECTRIC!

Horrible service, could not get the job done

I don’t know what their work is like for homes, but they are definitely not qualified for commercial at any level. I am a fair business owner and professional, but they should have never accepted this “gig”. Not employees fault.

A Schuman Electric was the company that rewired my whole house. At first this company was good about following up with work, but now I’ve called them and they won’t respond back with any information regarding the last bit of remaining work. Still waiting to here back from them to run the existing wiring they left in my attic (somewhere, and good luck finding it buried under the insulation) out to my patio and install fans.
Also on a side note while installing all of my outlets workers literally poked holes in the brand new and painted drywall for some unknown reason... the wires they needed were all prefeed into the electrical boxes. I had to have drywall guys and painters come back to my home and repair all of those areas. Not to mention I also had to have ceiling repairs done because they installed a light in the wrong location that would allow for the attachment of a recessed light. I also had to have brick masons come out and repair brick mortar because they drilled through it to run electrical outside and ran two exterior outlets within three feet of one another. The list can continue but what I really want is for the work to be finished and done in a correct and professional manor. Please feel free to schedule to come back out to the house anytime that’s convenient to you Mr. John Schuman, because obviously it’s not about what’s good for the customer.

Very professional, nice guys came to wire my 2 1/2 garage, 2005, they did a great job, then hurricane Irma 2017 came took out that garage, then Pilot elec. came and wired another garage.
We’re very happy with this company. Pilot Electric also changed out our door bell and I use them for some small jobs as well. They always save me money, and that’s a win for us.

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. I used this company to install ceiling fans and was so impressed with their professionalism. They showed up, did an amazing job and were so pleasant. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs electrical work completed.

During the process of purchasing our home, we discovered that the house we wanted had cloth wiring and ungrounded power throughout. This was a huge set back. As of now, home owners insurance companies will not insure homes with cloth wiring. We were nervous this would hold up our closing process.

Luckily, I was given Mansfield’s info by a coworker. They came out the next day for an assessment.
At that point, I had 3 other electrical companies come out for evaluation and quote.
Mansfield was the cheapest and the least invasive. The other companies told me they would need to cut thorough my concrete-plaster walls - which I would need to repair myself. This was something I didn’t want to do, but I was starting to believe this was my only option.

The following week, Mansfield started the project of switching my cloth wiring out and grounding my outlets. They were able to go through my attic to replace the wiring instead of cutting through the walls.
They even added 15 new outlets in and outside our home, as well as adding a flood light. The project took about a week. During this process, Mansfield was timely, kept me informed, and even cleaned up after themselves after everyday.

Mansfield was able to complete the project before we even closed on the home. I’m so incredibly with their quality of service! Their work was the reason why we were able to purchase our home and obtain home owners insurance. Everything works perfectly! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and I will definitely be using them again for any of my electrical needs.

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.

I keep seeing the truck around the beaches and finally called to set an appointment to complete a few small jobs. New over-the-range microwave installation, install 2 window blinds and fix a curtain rod then install some bathroom shelving.
I feel like I was testing the “No job too small” tagline but Anthony was prompt, quick and professional. My honeydo list is complete!
