Their technician, Brett, and his helper showed up to fix an issue with the 220v outlet for our dryer. Made quick work of the shoddy wiring that was present and did it all for a much lower price than I was expecting, all in a half hour. Highly recommend!

I called Burbank electric after I had saw a recommendation on the Facebook Marketplace for this company. I had two wall outlets go out in my older house over the weekend and one was connected to my 75 gallon fish tank. I needed that one up and running fast.

They came a day earlier than expected to fix our problem. A faulty wire in an outlet had caused power to be out for a certain section in our house which included our refrigerator. Ray was very efficient in quickly diagnosing our problem and fixing it to our satisfaction.
This is the second time Choice Home Warranty has assigned Thayer Electrical Services to our problems. So thankful!

The best company I've worked for in my life.

Did two projects for me (main panel replacements), one turned out well and the other was a bit of a train-wreck.

First, if you don't communicate a very specific and detailed request, it is lost, misunderstood and incorrectly priced. What started out as a 200 Amp panel replacement ($1,100.00) and a request to add an automatic cut -off switch for a back up generator at $800.00 blew-up to $3,700.00.

Worse, I kept sending them specifications for a solar inverter that I wanted to install at the same time while re-powering my house. After repeated request for pricing the work, they blew me off, only admitting they were incapable of installing the equipment after the initial job was completed.

To add insult to injury, they forgot to have the work inspected for over two months?
Now I have to hire another company to finish the project. The moral of the story; they are OK at very simple task and their field people are competent. But complex work of any kind is far out of their wheel-house and their office staff is disorganized and questionable.

I could have giving the entire project to another company that was slightly cheaper and qualified to install solar equipment. It will cost me great deal more, pull another permit and have to undo some of the work already completed.

Learn from my mistake.

This job can be tough but this group of individuals tackle it very well. I would highly recommend.

Great Service. On time and very professional. Price quote was very fair. Replaced celling fan and overhead dome lights in kitchen. Brian did an exceptional job on both and went above and beyond in filling in several holes left by the removal of the old fixture. I recommend them highly and They are now first on our call list. If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.
