We have counted on Lore Electric for five years--ever since we moved to Ponte Vedra Beach. Rick is our go-to electrician, and he is a true professional. Prompt, resourceful, detail-oriented and very experienced. He has installed a number of specialty lights over our artwork, and he illuminated a glass cabinet after the contractor said it couldn't be done without tearing out the wall. I can't compare Lore Electric's pricing since we've never used another service and hope we won't have to. I just know that if Rick does the work, it will be worth it.

Lore Electrical did a great job in responding to my electrical needs as quickly as possible and in fact moved up the scheduled service call to better assist me (Thanks Nancy, for GREAT Customer Service). Rick and his partner did a complete analysis of my electrical problem and were able to install a new breaker and run wiring to a new outlet in less than one hour. They wore masks the entire time and made sure everything was clean upon their departure. Would definitely have them back if the need arises for an electrician.

Nancy that scheduled the appointment was very friendly, customer focused, and professional. The two technicians came out in about two days from the call to replace a transformer for our video doorbell. They were efficient and polite. I would recommend and will use again in the future.

We lost power to our home during a cold snap. Lore Electric responded the same day I called them. The lug on the main service breaker was loose and arcing. The breaker tripped and was unable to be reset. Lore stripped and reconnected the wires, tested under load and restored power. They then ordered a new breaker and subsequently replaced the breaker. They were responsive, polite and explained the problem thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Nancy, who answers the phone and schedules the appointments is fantastic. She was able to schedule an electrian to come the next day. The electrician, Steve, and his assistant, Wes were friendly and dedicated to the task at hand. They called to be sure ii was okay for them to arrive earlier than expected! The project was somewhat of a challenge due to where the new outlet needed to go and how the house was built. They did the job right and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend Lore Electrical and will use them in the future for my electrical needs.

Great experience. I hired Lore Electrical to replace two switches and one outlet with new product, move and replace a second outlet and replace a bar light. They were nice, professional and knowledgeable. They communicated well, made suggestions and worked non-stop throughout the hour. Very pleased with Lore Electrical Contractors. Very professional and thorough. Steve even went out of his way to go to Ace and then Home Depot to purchase a part I needed for my entry way light fixture. His assistant remained behind and worked on installing the 4 other fixtures. In this manner there was no additional time expended. Will definitely use this company for any future electrical needs.

The guys from Lore Electric were able to fit me in days earlier than scheduled, they diagnosed and repaired my open neutral within 35 minutes of arrival, they even made sure the work areas were cleaned to my satisfaction before leaving. Let me tell you. It is rare to find the level of hard work, attention to detail and professionalism that this company possesses! I called Lore Electric to have my new store in Bartram wired and updated so I could run my equipment. I had a few weird issues that needed attended to as well. The whole time they were on the job they stayed working. No breaks, no lollygagging. These guys gave me my money's worth. Every wire they put down was meticulously secured and fastened to the wall with equal spacing. They even had recommendations on how to make my Point of sale better. They obviously care about what they do and take great pride in their work. I wont use anyone else. These are my electricians.

Lore Electrical put in recess lighting in our kitchen and were easy to work with and very professional. A few months later we also added recess lighting in our laundry area too. Again excellent work. In fact, we were replacing a light fixture for two recess lighting fixtures. I asked my wife to have them save one of the cut out pieced so i could use it to repair the spot were the light fixture was previously. Not only did they save the piece, they fixed the spot where the previous light fixture was. A nice surprise when i got home. So when we needed to have our entrance light fixture replace, we called Lore Electrical. Again another great job! Highly recommend this local company for any of your ectrical needs!

Chris, the technician, even took the time to sweep up the debris and make sure all the areas in which he worked were left in the same condition as when he arrived. Skilled, talented, and personable. I usually do not like to give companies unfavorable reviews, but as a building contractor looking to build a relationship with an electrical company in Ponte Vedra, I tried to give Lore Electrical an opportunity to earn my business going by their 5 star reviews and they completely overlooked me. Granted I had a small job which I ended up paying about 4K just for the electrical part of it, but i went out of my way to provide them with and electrical layout, took it to them which i don't usually have to do (most subcontractors come to the job site) to save them time, i never heard back from them, call them twice to inquire about the bid and heard nothing.
I took two stars off, because i can't rate them on their performance just customer service and I am sure there was valid explanation why they never responded to my inquiry. Hope their customer service improves after this review and helps them value every customer and inquiry just the same.

Never call back when they say they are going to. Decent rate of $125 an hour plus parts, but you can't get them to get you on their schedule so not sure it's even worth it. Very disappointing since their secretary nancy is so nice. Just can't seem to deliver.

Contractor was furnished a plan for our construction. They cut a hole in the middle of an existing wall, totally in the wrong place. They installed an outlet in the wrong place. Upon finishing under cabinet lighting they had used ugly wire nuts that are clearly visible for all to see in our kitchen. Not pleased with this company.
