The technicians (Mike and David) from this place did a fabulous job. They fixed our problem and recommended other repairs that were needed to keep our family and property safe. The pricing was exceptional and just treated us like friends. We are very satisfied with the services and highly recommend!!

The work got done, but the experience was strange. The first electrician showed up, did a walk through and wrote up an estimate, was very professional. I signed the estimate and scheduled, then the electrician showed up, didn't seem to have any info what the job was, I had to show him. There was a GFCI to be installed, it was on the estimate but the electrician didn't seem to know anything about it, completed work and left (job done). The GFCI was missed. I called and NH sent him back the next business day to install the GFCI - the electrician then asked if an inspection was going to be done, I told him yes, and he wanted to know if all the work would be inspected or just the GFCI. Why would that matter? Shouldn't all the work be done up to inspection standards? After the job was completed (the second time) I received some emails with 'customer's signature' for commencement of work and acceptance of work done - I didn't sign those forms. The electrician didn't have any forms with him for me to sign and nothing that could have taken an electronic signature. It was all very odd. The inspection hasn't happened yet, and I'm hoping there are no problems, but it makes me reluctant to use the service again.

They did a great job stayed in contact every step of the way. Professional friendly and went out of their way to be sure I was happy with the final outcome of the project

Thanks Lins Great work have used you for years. But today not much was done but i have to say it was way too much money. Husband died in 2021 and was hatd to pay that for my budget.

Phenomenal Company ! Jeff is awesome ! Everyone is very friendly and the technicians were extremely polite and professional. They found my issue in just a few minutes and they were gone within an hour. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends and family....
I really don't understand a few of the comments below ? Upon completion of our initial call, the office manager communicated to me very clearly that there was a minimum $98 diagnostic/dispatch fee for sending someone out to troubleshoot the issue. And trust me, I was GLAD to pay it. WHO WORKS FOR FREE ??? As a business owner, EVERYONE should KNOW that there are costs for paying the technicians, for fuel, all kinds of insurances, and many, many other fees.. Do you walk into a store and buy something without paying ? Or go to a doctor without paying ? WAKE UP PEOPLE !

Bought a new ceiling fan. Might have been able to install myself but felt better about having a pro do it. Brian was prompt and professional. 100% they will be my first call if I need future electrical assistance.

Ramtech electrical installed a fan and 2 light fixtures in my house. They not only did it at an affordable cost but they were fast at replying to my request, did everything in a timely manner, and are professional. Would use them again!

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

My power was shut off by JEA after Matthew with no notice. So I needed a electrician to reconnect. So these guysShowed up to my house did absolutely zero work were there maybe 10 min and said they would have write me a estimate this was a sat. So Sunday no power and then Monday I call back for estimate.... Nada.... Will get back to you, so no power for 2 days still waiting, I call another electrician to come out 2 hrs later my power is on back in service. So did B&G ever call me back? Yea 4 days later with estimate 5 times what the other guy charged. Oh and to top they want to charge 300$ for shinning a flash light the night they showed up.

I can't speak the the work, but the unprofessional nature was horrific. He was scheduled to come restore power on Wednesday, he reschedule late night Tuesday for Thursday. Then he completed cancelled the appointment late night Wednesday. Had he just been straight forward and professional, I would have happily found someone else. However, I am still without power in my home office and laundry room. I highly recommend finding a better reliable electrician.

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.

Troy came quickly and found the problem with my panel. He replaced a part and my service was as good as new. Price was reasonable and service was good
