Scott Tucker from American Electrical and his colleague came to help us and diagnosed the issue in no time. Scott was friendly but also professional; he promptly figured out the issue ( a 220v loose wire), fixed it and tested his work;it is not the he first time that American Electrical came to help us in the past years; we have used them to upgrade our AC circuits, connect a range, relocate some outlets, etcEach time, they helped us at a very reasonable cost. (My only regret is they are in such high demand, I had to wait two-three days before their visit, but It is to be expected.)Thanks againGene

Very professional and informative. Was able to get a quick appointment. Mike was able to find the problem and fix it quickly the day before Thanksgiving! I am truly thankful for them! They have maintenance programs for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC that are reasonably priced as well! I HIGHLY recommend them. Both my job and my husband’s job uses them too. Job quoted @ 595.00. Took the electrician 1-1/2 hours. One would think the company would make some concession concerning the quote. Not so, they would not accommodate any reduction of job cost. That equals $397.00 per hour. My opinion is to look elsewhere for a qualified electrician that conducts business with integrity.

From the beginning of the price quote till the end of the job, was very satisfied. I remember Lucas, Travis, Alex and another young man I forgot his name they all very helpful, show respect done the job well and clean. I’m very happy with them and will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service. The technician was polite kind and very knowledgeable. He answered questions about other repairs that I thought would be needed in the future, and was honest in explaining a repair that could have cost me hundreds but turned out to be a minor problem that was fixed in minutes.

A local real estate investor responsible for rebuilding torn down communities. They came out for inspection, took 10 mins. Paid them 225 he never wrote me a receipt or pulled the permits as he said. When I began to ask for a written estimate for the 900 dollar charge he quoted me for the needed repairs to get service he promised he would email it to me. Never got the email or anything. I feel that I was robbed and they may be shady con men. Stay away

Brandon showed up on time (texted that he was on his way first) and replaced my meter can. Ran into a few problems because this is an older house. Solved those and got everything repaired even though the job took a lot longer than planned. Even had to wait out a few downpours in the garage before he could finish. Helped me troubleshoot another electrical issue during that time so I am scheduling him to come back in a few weeks and fix that too!

The owner even stopped by to bring extra supplies that were unexpectedly needed due to the new issues that popped up so that Brandon could keep working.

During the process of purchasing our home, we discovered that the house we wanted had cloth wiring and ungrounded power throughout. This was a huge set back. As of now, home owners insurance companies will not insure homes with cloth wiring. We were nervous this would hold up our closing process.

Luckily, I was given Mansfield’s info by a coworker. They came out the next day for an assessment.
At that point, I had 3 other electrical companies come out for evaluation and quote.
Mansfield was the cheapest and the least invasive. The other companies told me they would need to cut thorough my concrete-plaster walls - which I would need to repair myself. This was something I didn’t want to do, but I was starting to believe this was my only option.

The following week, Mansfield started the project of switching my cloth wiring out and grounding my outlets. They were able to go through my attic to replace the wiring instead of cutting through the walls.
They even added 15 new outlets in and outside our home, as well as adding a flood light. The project took about a week. During this process, Mansfield was timely, kept me informed, and even cleaned up after themselves after everyday.

Mansfield was able to complete the project before we even closed on the home. I’m so incredibly with their quality of service! Their work was the reason why we were able to purchase our home and obtain home owners insurance. Everything works perfectly! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and I will definitely be using them again for any of my electrical needs.
