Daniel Moody and Tyler Mishanetz were professional and thorough as all American Electrical electricians are. Have never used anyone else in over 30 years. Edward Watson and Nick H. did a full day installation a while back and the quality and professionalism was outstanding all day long. Kathy and Angel in the office are always great to talk to about whatever the need is. So thankful for this company!

They send a pic of the tech, you know when they're coming, they clean as they go, and let you know when they are leaving. They go above and way beyond other companies and are very professional. I used them for electrical and plumbing, kicking myself for going with a different company for hvac and ductwork.

I had used another company previously and had a bad experience with them sending someone that actually messed up some wiring that involved a couple fixtures. Long story short nice guy but he didnt know really what he was doing. A jack of all trades person. I got on line and found American Electric and read some reviews and thought I would try them. This work involved installing 1 cieling fan and trouble shooting GFI plugs that were not working and having no power to one of the bathrooms. They looked at the combo of switches that the other guy tried to upgrade to dimer switches and they fixed that problem quickly. They also looked at some outdoor color spot lights that wouldnt shut off and was a great help there. Westley & Michiah , from the moment they walked in the door it was game on, lisening.
explaining and patient. It was a stark contrast with the previous experience. They knew what they were doing and they moved quickly and afficiency . They were friendly and a great team. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again .

A little expensive.

They were prompt and efficient, however, I think the price of $540 was very high, especially considering the work took all of 30 minutes. They also neglected to sweep up the mess they left in my hallway. I would not use again.
RESPONSE to Thompson Response: The crews did sit outside the house for a while after completing the work so your GPS tracking probably registers them being here for 45-50 minutes.
As I mentioned on the phone, I cleaned up your electrician's mess. Minimal or not, a tradesman should not leave a mess on the floor of someone's home.
You provided a quote prior to doing the work but refused to provide a breakdown. When we asked for a breakdown, you wouldn't provide one and said the price was so high due to labor. I assumed that the price would be lower if it turned out the job was not time intensive. Now you are telling me you don't advertise being the cheapest and that your price is higher because you have real people answering the phone and your servicemen don't look like homeless people. Seriously? Consumer BEWARE

Great company that I highly recommend. The first time I used Infinity I need electrical work done at my office and I was very happy with their work. Last week we had an emergency at our rental property. A truck had pulled down the electrical wire and JEA would not restore power until I had an electrician on site to replace the line service conductors. Infinity came to our rescue on very short notice. Our elderly renter was able to get his power back on quickly because of their wonderful service.

It a pleasure to write this review for Nick Hatchett of Hatchett Electrical. As an architect I have been around construction for over 35 years. Finding sub-contractors who are skilled in their trade, take pride in their work and dependable is always a delight. Nick recently re-wired our dock and coordinated with our dock builder and boat lift installer for all the electrical and boat lift connections. Nick showed up when he said he would, did quality work at a fair price and followed up to coordinate items needing to be completed. I could not have asked for anything more. I look forward to using Hatchett Electrical on any future electrical work and will certainly recommend him on any future projects we design.

Best employers in the country.

The absolute worst experience ever with a electrical contractor. I am trying to post all the pictures of the damage that was left but it’s over $10,000 in damages. They might be the best in the commerical game. But run away from the residential side of there business.

Daniel promptly answered my online request and scheduled a visit to look into my irrigation electrical problem. He listened to what I thought was the problem and he took it from there. He was able to isolate a wiring issue which he repaired. Sprinklers are fully functional and automated! You could tell that he enjoyed what he was doing and is a true professional. I will definitely contact Volt Edge Electric for any future electrical needs.

Our neighbor recommended All American Electrical to us since we were wanting to have pendant lights put in our kitchen. I called and got right through and they were able to set an appointment up for us the following week. The electricians were on time. These gentlemen were clean and professional. Just watched these smooth-brains drive like maniacs, doing 80 in a 55mph, tailgating, while towing two jet skis, WITHOUT WORKING BRAKE LIGHTS ON THEIR TRAILER. An electrical company that can't be bothered to make sure their brake lights are working! How embarrassing! I can't imagine going through life with such little competence, self-respect, or awareness. I noticed another reviewer also commented on their driving and the company claimed it was a family emergency and offered a discount. Same excuse this time, fellas?
