Generac generator annual service-outstanding!! Ethan and Kaleb came out and did a very through and efficient service. They performed all the annual service checks that other companies stated, but did it for about 20% plus cheaper. Ethan is truly an expert and his years of experience with generators shows with efficiency and knowledge- he is a keeper! I shopped at least 5 Jax area companies and Veronica and Ethan made it clear they were the best choice.

Twas the day after Christmas, and all through the house - half the lights were not working with a circuit breaker out! Thompson's had a courteous professional come by within a couple of hours from my call, who quickly diagnosed, explained and repaired the issue for a reasonable fee.

Matthew at R&R Electric is a true professional. He came to my house immediately addressed my issues and had everything done in record time. He even informed me why my electrical outlets quit working. He immediately replaced the outlet that was at fault and made sure it was done professionally .

All of the employees at Burbank Electric went above and beyond to help my husband and myself. This is the first time we have needed an electrician and they were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. They were able to come by our home just a few hours after contacting them and fix the electrical problem we were having. From now on they will be my fist call whenever needed. Excellent Customer Service!!!

Update: Called Burbank Electric again for issues that we were having with our microwave and as always they were extremely helpful and efficient. It's mid November and I was grateful that they were able to come by so fast even with the busy season. I truly value their service!!!

Super friendly people and very reasonably priced. I had them change out a breaker panel on the house I was selling and they were the cheapest quote I got by a long shot, and they did quality work. I called them again when I got into my new house and had them do quite a few small jobs. While they were at my house working on things they were very flexible with everything and didnt seem to mind helping me troubleshoot minor issues as I discovered them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I would be happy to use them again and refer them to my friends. The work done was neat, professional and they arrived at the time scheduled. Price was competitive with others.
