We had a wonderful experience with American Electric of Jacksonville. They installed our new tankless water heater. The visit was coordinated by phone with knowledgeable staff who understood what we were talking about and the services we requested. Scott and Danny did a complete rewire of my house. It's an old house so they ran into challenges but they overcame every one of them. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I can't recommend this company enough. Great job guys!

I can't say enough good things about Wayne and Dustin. They did a terrific job. I'm sure it was no easy task moving and replacing my electrical panel. They also added a dedicated plug for my sprinkler system so no more extension cords. They added a dedicated outlet for our freezer in the garage and upgraded our GFI outlets. Thanks also to Danny for coming out quickly and getting me an estimate fast.

The electrician was every helpful. He took his time to make sure his work was completed correctly. He was able to solve our electrical problems. He went beyond the required work assigned to him and fixed problems another electrician created at the house. He made it pleasant experience by his politeness and courteous attitude when he spoke to me or my father. I’ve been living in Jacksonville for several years now, my wife and I had used several other local electrician companies but didn’t had much luck nor good experience with the way they did the job.

Now had the absolute pleasure of calling Burbank Electric LLC.

So Where can I start with Burbank Electric. Had the pleasure of meeting Richard Burbank and his assistant Mitchell. These guys are Awesome, they worked in my home for several days. Richard is the best electrician in Jacksonville I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are responsible, neat and very trustworthy. I had to leave my home several times for hours and left them alone in the house they are very, very trustworthy, hands down. He goes above and beyond to explain everything to the smallest detail. They take pride in the work they do, and you could see it in the quality. Burbank Electric LLC deserves 5 star plus. +++. I Would definitely recommend Burbank Electric best electrician company in Jax.

This company is top shelf. Their work is high quality, efficient and affordable. No hidden agendas here. What you see is what you get. They are prompt, communicative and land like the army on Normandy Beach and get to work. I am very very pleased with the recent work they did in connecting an additional structure at my business. Their staff was well mannered, clean cut and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. As a woman business owner, it is nice to know you can depend on a contractor without being ripped off. TOP SHELF company.

I've used all service electric several times that I've met several electricians all are super nice and professional. If I could give them a hundred stars out of five I would. I highly recommend them.

Seems like they don't care who they put behind their work vans if they're smoking out the van full of weed or going up to the pawn shop in the middle of the day but the owner gets mad when you point out there are better, more professional options. Don't waste your time reaching out to the company and just call the police so their work vans can be seized. I wish the owner would had responded to my phone call better than me having to come on here to make my point on his Google Review. Owner seems like the angry, vindictive type who just cares about an imaginary amount of stars when he should have just as much passion about managing his people. So what if you've been around for so long it can all go away from poor management which it seems this business has a culture of poor everything from poor work ethic and all the way up to poor supervision of employees. This is an ambulance chaser's wet dream with this company where a work van comes into a small parking lot at over 10mph and tries to squeeze between multiple vehicles and a vehicle backing up, all just to pawn a DVD player for $10. Are your employees that hard up for $10 or just in a rush to spend that $10?

It a pleasure to write this review for Nick Hatchett of Hatchett Electrical. As an architect I have been around construction for over 35 years. Finding sub-contractors who are skilled in their trade, take pride in their work and dependable is always a delight. Nick recently re-wired our dock and coordinated with our dock builder and boat lift installer for all the electrical and boat lift connections. Nick showed up when he said he would, did quality work at a fair price and followed up to coordinate items needing to be completed. I could not have asked for anything more. I look forward to using Hatchett Electrical on any future electrical work and will certainly recommend him on any future projects we design.

Thayer did an excellent and professional job on my service upgrade. They were also about half the price with the same quality of work.

Great team! Came on time . Very respectful and knowledgeable . Explained everything . Did job nearly and quietly. Cleaned up every crumb of construction when finished . Even talked to the dog! Will recommend to everyone !

The best company I've worked for in my life.

For 1.. the boss said he could get the job done for 400 dollars or under! That was the quote.
For 2 ..they drilled a hole through the floor cause they missed the wall.
For 3 ..they should have came out personally and gave a estimate & he said well i dont need too!

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Not only was Levi knowledgeable and professional as he tested my electrical system for safety but he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and going the extra mile to check and replace a switch in my bathroom that he discovered was cracked. It was obvious he really cared. His responses were reassuring. When he left I thought “what a good experience.”
Also I have to add that the dispatcher Ed who called me initially to set up the appointment the day before was well-spoken intelligent and personable.
An overall good experience I appreciated. Would highly recommend this this company.
