Great Service fair pricing I have been useing American Electrical for more than a year now for our Distribution center here in Jacksonville.American Electrical Contractors have, installed our electric equipment chargers, repaired our warehouse and office lights installed several New efficient lights, in fact they saved us from buying more than what we originally thought we needed buy recommending different placement of them.Every time we have a scheduled repair or install they are prompt and if they are running late they give us a call to make sure they will not interfere with our operation.When we ask the technicians a question they always have an answer and if it requires additional work they do it or schedule it for us right awayI would recommend American Electrical Contractors for any electrical workMichael Sneed has done most of our work, Michael is very knowledgeable and professional and is always concerned that they are doing what we need done

We needed a quick response to an electrical problem. American Electrical Contracting scheduled the appointment right away and Daniel M, Tyler M and Eesa quickly responded to our need in a very professional manner.

Overall we had a fantastic experience with Bolt Electric and I would recommend their services. They are prompt, stand behind their work, and are competitively priced. We will definitely use them again for any future jobs.

I asked for a quote for electrical work to be done for my business. The receptionist, who was sweet, helped me schedule an appointment for $125 to just come out. I needed a simple junction box of 20 Amp service. The electrician came out and told me he would do some research to find out how much it would be to run electric from a 220 volt service source and wire in a box to to run at most 20Amps. I received an email from Michael Hatchell stating it would be $6,326 to cut and patch to allow conduit installation in this proposal not including restoration of landscaping. This was supposed to be a few hundred dollars not thousands.
I called after receiving the proposal and asked to speak with Michael Hatchell, who I clearly explained to about running electric from a source nearby. After explaining and asking about running the electric from a closer source, he gets an attitude and tells me there is no way to do that and if there is a problem he is not at fault. So this Michael, who is a manager, gets an attitude with me. I thanked him for looking into the proposal I had originally requested and thanked him. Not only does he not say your welcome but he had the audacity to hang up on me!
I called him back and he was still rude after explaining to him that he was unkind and that he should not treat customers this way. I requested for Mr. Thompson to call me, well he never did. Maybe this will bypass Michael Hatchell! It's amassing that someone like this can stay in business. American Electric will from now on earn my business not price gouging Thompson Electric!

Damon and Jeff transformed our dark, semi-dungeon great room and kitchen into lights you would see in an operating room. All I can say is WOW... We have an older home that we have relied on lamps and a ceiling fan light for lighting. No more squinting and using flashlights (kidding) to walk through these rooms. They installed 29 can lights between both of these rooms, and we can actually see our kitchen counter tops !!! All I can say is best money we have ever spent... We are now planning on having them come back and install some can lights in our bedrooms as well.... Very professional, and super nice guys ! Thank you, thank you, thank you.... I highly recommend this company for anyone needing any electrical work done...

Harry was amazing to work with! The main in our electrical panel went out and we kept losing power in half of our house. He was super efficient, easy to communicate with, and made sure the job was DONE RIGHT. We will be using him again in the future!

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.
