Service was performed this morning and the problem was fixed. However, when I was quoted the price it was for an hour of work and then priced in increments of half hour if more time is needed. They charged for an extra half hour even through they were not here longer than an hour and told my daughter it was because of drive time, etc. When I was quoted the price it was DEFINITELY stated that the price began when they knocked at the door and that travel time was not charged. Shame on me. I should have required a written quote. Just don't make the same mistake as I did. It won't happen again.

Installed a main breaker and generator switch. The work was done on time, fairly priced, and very clean. Will be using Mr. Sparky for other electrical needs moving forward.

I had an outlet for my washer/dryer installed. Wesley and Daniel were very helpful.

I needed wiring issues corrected for my mom immediately and Bolt Electric was able to take care of the problems. They are a great group of individuals that take their profession seriously. After taking the time to explain the problems and how they needed to be corrected, they took before and after pictures and sent them to me because I live in another state. Experts in their field highly recommend great service...my husband was so proud to show me the way they hooked up the pump saying this is how it should have been.. they also reworked the electric wiring to the panel box. I can’t say enough will always call them first...

Have had two crews out to do all sorts of work from changing out light fixtures to installing new outlets and switches - everyone has been professional, punctual, cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile to make everything look right. I had a chandelier that was difficult to put together that David tweaked to look beautiful. Jim had to crawl in my attic in a very tight spot to make sure that new outlets for my bathroom were positioned where they needed to be - the extra effort made the difference in the details and I'm very pleased with all the work I've had done!
