The Fire Department came to my elderly parents' house because her oxygen went off and wouldn't come back on. My dad was in the basement working and when IFD went down to check things out, they told them to call an electrician as soon as possible as they had some real electrical issues that needed to be fixed ASAP. I found Austin Smith online and called and within 2 hours, he went to their home and fixed their problems, which could've easily killed them and blown their house up. This man is my hero and theirs as well. He was there for us in a very serious situation and he will forever be our only electrician for any needs we may have going forward. Yasser was professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced a bedroom ceiling fan. He was very efficient and we are very happy with the job done.

Requested an estimate May 4, 2018. Met with Brett May 11, 2018 to review the work needed & was told it would be mid-June. I called back June 13th & was told to call back June 20th to schedule work. I called June 21st & was told his company was too busy to handle the project. I have lost a whole month on this project. A true professional would have admitted to being too small to handle a job when he saw what the job was on May 11.

Really like the IEC facility! Their whole purpose is to train electricians, and they do it well. I know several graduates of their programs. Knowledgeable, friendly administration, excellent teachers. Would definitely recommend.
