I contacted Advanced Electric (AE) a few weeks ago to get an estimate on a few odd jobs, Installing a new entryway chandelier, running new lines to my office, removing a satellite dish and it's cables, and putting in a new light box. First estimate looked great, but we wanted to get a different light for the entryway and put the originally planned light in a different room. I also needed to get some new hardware for the install; I had a few questions about this and AE very patiently answered them all.

New estimate also looked great and we scheduled for a few weeks out. Day of, Technicians arrived on time; we did a quick walkthrough of the jobs, answered a few questions, and they got to work. Throughout the day I received updates as jobs were completed so I could verify everything was the way I wanted it. Masks were worn and social distancing was observed.

Very happy with the level of service and pricing. AE will be my first choice if I have a job they can do in the future.

I accidentally messed my electric up big time, and got the run around from a few other companies. RC Electric was very responsive and came out same day to look at the problem. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. They were able to fix the problem for about 10% of what another company had quoted me within 24 hours, and they were able to come up with a really solid cosmetic fix in addition to fixing the electric issue. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I'll definitely be using them for some major projects coming up over the next few years.

I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. Everyday during the week I drive on 465 and so does van #1. Everyday that van drives very fast, it’s not just 1 day or once in a while they blow past most people on the highway.
Today was over the top, in the fast lane there was a truck and the van was so impatient that he chose to cut me off running me into the other lane which caused that lane to slam on the brakes. Your horrible driving almost caused an accident this morning.
One thing I promise is if you cause me to get into an accident I will be suing your company.

These guys were awesome! Fast, professional and fairly priced! We have an older home and it is hard to find experienced contractors to work with our old wiring. Mashall Electrical removed old fixtures and installed 14 high end light fixtures in our home. They were able to problem solve issues on the spot and came up with solutions that avoided busting holes into our plaster walls. Highly recommend for your next job!

Awful place to work they do a good job of making you feel like a slave

Eric F. did fantastic work - very personable, intelligent, and explained everything he was doing. . Had 5 lights that wouldn't work. Had two single switches, a three-way, and a four-way. Told Eric the situation and he immediately began troubleshooting and had it figured out within 15 minutes. He replaced the bad switches and tested everything to make sure everything worked. Very reasonable price, excellent work, and definitely recommend.
