i recently had a whole house generator installed. From the initial contact to the project completion, the entire Dowdy team was friendly, professional and helpful. When Bud came over for the initial discussions, I had a list of questions prepared. He handed me information that answered many of them before I even asked. During installation, the team was friendly and efficient. They worked hard to keep the site clean during and after installation. Ryan said needed to drop a neutral wire to fix all my office wall outlets. Returned once because another outlet did not work and that was just a trip breaker. Few days later noticed another outlet in office not working and called him back. Found there was a short in an outlet that had burnt wires. short was due to loose connection. I'm very certain this was caused when they pulled out my outlets over most of the house and that is what loosened the wire and caused the short. Ryan said not their fault and he would have to replace a new wire again to fix both outlets. I never did have good feeling about this guy and it was decided that I did not want him working on it any longer. I called new electrician and they did not need to replace a wire at all. They also greatly doubt I needed a new neutral wire dropped for the first problem). Just a new outlet and plate. fixed both problems. I believe this was do to poor work or bad work done on purpose to get more money. I found Ryan to be very overbearing and at one put kept telling me I'm rude and getting closer and closer to me and I was actually afraid. I would not trust this company. If you don't know anything about electrical, it doesn't take long for the contractor to know that and rip you off. Hate to write reviews but felt this was necessary.

KJ Electric did a great job running circuit for our dryer. The previous owner had gas, so we needed a new electrical circuit ran from the panel to the laundry room. KJ Electric got it done and did a quality job. The Electrician was professional, and clean up after himself. If you want a good Electrician that is both good and professional, then call KJ Electric.

RC Electric is the absolute best. The workers are always on time, they do the job right the first time around, reasonable cost, and they make sure they never leave behind any messes. Great family owned business. Would highly recommend this company!

My first interaction with Frye was great. Had an electrical issue in my basement and the tech was informative and thorough and got the job done quickly and well. The second time was vastly different. I had to go back and rehang the fan they installed for me because it was wobbling so bad. I'm not sure if I'll use them again.
