Their pricing is ridiculous, I mean unbelievable ridiculous, I saved over $1500 but not working with them , just help yourself and go anywhere else but them!

Mr. Sparky saved the day! Our original contractor wouldn’t come make a repair for us and took forever to finally let us know that. But, Mr. Sparky came out next day and completed the repair in an hour’s time and had a better way of wiring the job! They charged a fair price, and the technician was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend Mr. Sparky!

We called RC Electric and had Ryan come out to give us a quote on running a sub-panel and the electrical rough-in for our basement renovation. He showed up on time, answered all my questions, and was knowledgeable. It wasn't until we got the itemized quote that we were upset. Out of 7 different electricians we received quotes from, RC Electric was by far the highest. They wanted to charge us $10,150 for the same job that I just paid $5,500 for. Even the second highest estimate was only $7,500. So why was I being charged so much more you ask? Answer: Marked up parts and almost double labor costs. A simple example was the cost of the 100-Amp sub-panel. RC Electric wanted to charge me $879 just for the sub-panel and that doesn't include the breakers or the cost of running the wire from the main panel to the new sub-panel. The electrician I used only charged $350 for a 100-Amp sub-panel parts and that included the cost of the breakers. As I read further through the rest of the quote, it was the same thing repeated. Price increases on everything. I will never use RC Electric even if they did amazing work. Take some advice from me and always get 5-7 quotes for the same job so you don't get screwed out of your hard earned money.

They installed a new box in our garage when we bought a house on Indy's south side about 10 years ago, along with some other installations and updates. We liked them enough that when we remodeled the kitchen about 5 years later, we called them back. On both occasions, they were fast, clean, friendly, and the work was high quality.
