This was my first time calling an electrician, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.
Austin was prompt, professional, and very very knowledgeable. Best of all, he got to me the day that I needed him to come (day after I called), and his prices were FAR LESS than any other electrician that I called. The guys showed up on time this morning. They changed out our meter base to a 320 amp and installed an additional disconnect for a future project. They were professional and did an outstanding job. County inspector approved and said it looks great. Will recommend Advance to my friends!

He respected our schedules and carried out his project thoroughly and He had a superb knowledge of the kids of electrical issues he might encounter in our older house, and he knew how to deal with them. On Thanksgiving day, they arrived out and corrected a spraying shower valve. These days, it's hard to find a solid company that will do quality task in a hurry. I am grateful they were able to get here and repair this in a hurry.

Mr. Darwin Bird and his staff at RU Electrical Service, Inc. provide excellent quality electrical work to their customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

We were having some issues with the low voltage wiring connecting my doorbell , power was getting to my chime, but not to my nest outside. Josh showed up on time and jumped right in. He was able to narrow the problem down to a wire that was being pinched by my storm door. I opted to do the work myself when I had more time to remove the door frame and there was absolutely zero resistance. Extremely friendly, very professional and zero pressure to have them do that work. Absolutely without a doubt will use them in the future for any electrical needs. Thanks Josh!

I can’t say enough about my experience with MW. We had our home remodeled and a different company did all the work. Of course they did a terrible job and we were forced to hire someone to fix what we already had done! MW was so great through the whole process, explained what needed done, quoted fairly and was able to complete the required repairs faster than I anticipated. Will definitely be calling them again I.
