Very punctual with every aspect during ongoing projects. Crews always show up on time and do excellent work. If we run into issues, they are immediately addressed and resolved within hours. Pawel is always available on the phone for advice and suggestions when needed. Pricing is always spot on and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good work at a far price

Building a house in Fox Hollow, I would have to say Cross Electric was definitely the bright point of our building process ,their guys were very knowledgeable and courteous, answered every question we had, well over and beyond our expectations, I would strongly recommend Cross Electric for any job.

John repaired the outside meter box that had pulled away from the wall due to cable settling for me. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. I would use John again for any Electrician related need.

Not a good experience at all, I called them 30min after the 8am appointment to ask if they were still planning on coming today to be told “we had a team meeting this morning, they will be there in 15min, it is what it is”. Arrived an hour late and then I come home to this is how they leave the electrical panel. Horrible experience.
