Austin was amazing. He was so helpful in deciding what kind of lighting we needed. We ended up installing LED disk lights for 2 rooms and installed a fan. He was efficient and friendly. He started and finished within 4 hours. We will definitely use him again.

Rider Electric installed a 200 amp service panel for me. They did a great job. It's clear that these guys really know what they're doin because they got the whole thing done so quickly. This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.

Noah was awesome. He is a great communicator. He showed me what his plan was and worked with me to determine where to install the under the cabinet switches before-hand. This was great because it allowed me to consider multiple placement factors. He was very flexible and provided options for to think about what would be best for me and my family.

The custom approach is really appreciated.

For the fans, he showed me the safety options which provides peace of mind that the fan will not fall on me in my sleep!

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.

Good work at a far price

We were having some issues with the low voltage wiring connecting my doorbell , power was getting to my chime, but not to my nest outside. Josh showed up on time and jumped right in. He was able to narrow the problem down to a wire that was being pinched by my storm door. I opted to do the work myself when I had more time to remove the door frame and there was absolutely zero resistance. Extremely friendly, very professional and zero pressure to have them do that work. Absolutely without a doubt will use them in the future for any electrical needs. Thanks Josh!

King Electric has done many projects for us in our old historic home in Ft. Ben. John is always honest and truthful with the level of effort to complete the job. His work is excellent and has stood the test of time. We have used John for re-wiring jobs, new electrical in an attic and garage, several new receptacles, lots of new light fixtures including moving of the light locations.
