This is our second time using David Electric, and both times have been great. Brad and Isiah were here today to fix our bath vanity light, which was installed incorrectly by our builder. They arrived right on time, assessed the situation and explained what was going on, went to grab supplies, got to work, and were in and out in about 2.5 hours after cleaning everything up. I was worried you'd be able to see the drywall gap or notice the light was moved, but it looks perfect! Greatly appreciate their work!

Austin is only punctual because he cuts people off in the middle of construction zones without turn signals. Very rude seems to only be nice or care for the safety of those who pay him.

Ryan installed a heater in garage and did a terrific job. He came on short notice and did high quality work for a fair price. I would highly recommend.

Called yesterday to get an estimate. They came today and called ahead to see if it was alright to show up early. Estimate was lower than the others I have received and because it is an easy job they are doing the work tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with the fair price, fast response, and friendly professional manner of everyone that I have dealt with.

Technicians were out this morning to do the work. They were on time and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.

We used 21 Electric to have 3 ceiling fans wired and installed in our house. We submitted a request online and they got back to use right away. We also had some questions about the process and Kennedy responded quickly each time. The installation process was quick and efficient. Our fans look great and we have no complaints. We'd call 21 Electric for any other electrician jobs!

First, I had to call this company multiple time before I could get someone to come to the house. I specifically explained to the lady on the phone that my dishwasher had a burning smell and that I had some circuit breaker issues. We the guy named Josh came this morning, I explained the same thing. He never said anything about not being able to look into what was wrong with the dishwasher, this was the main reason I called their company, He checked the circuit breaker for the dishwasher and saw it didnt trip off. At about 15mins , he came up and told me my bill was $155 and I asked if all was well. He said he couldn't do anything for me and I had to call Samsung to fix the Dishwasher. He immediately became aggressive as it was all about the money. I couldn't wait for him to leave. I wrote the check and that was it. Horrible experience. I am going to pretend I lost the $150 which can happen ones in a while.

Update on this case at at 06232022, I got a call from the owner Mr. Rocky, he explained that they don't handle non electrical issues and that there was a miscommunication between me and the tech. He has been magnanimous and waved the initial fee and i will only be paying $30 for the circuit breaker repair. For this reason I thank him for his professionalism and kindness. My review has been changed to a 5 because that is all what customer service is about.

Do not use Fry electric. I own a townhouse in a small association of 6 units. The electric line from the pole to the house went out. It was about 40 feet. It knocked the power out to 4 of the homes.The president of the association called a couple of companies to come out and this is the first one that could come out. It was about 2pm. The president was one of the houses without power so he was panicking to get it fixed. He didn't confer with the other 3 homes before agreeing to have them fix it. They charged him $4100 for less than 8 hours of work because they told him it was emergency pay. It sounds to me like they had him over a barrel and he would've agreed to any amount. I feel like they took advantage of a panicked older man. Not very good business. Would never recommend to anyone.
