Best Circuit Breaker in Indianapolis IN

We hired two home inspection companies and separate electrical and plumbing inspections when we bought our home. Joe Schmo found all electrical issues the home inspectors found plus an item. Later we had them replace our electrical panel. They installed installed the same brand (Siemens), but did it for significantly less, and they did a quality job as far as I can tell. Make sure to include them when gathering estimates for your next electrical project.

Called on a Sunday after the power went out related to a home remodel.

They were out within an hour, power restored and multiple options provided for a permanent fix. Jerry was to the point and showed sympathy to our issues. Solid service.

First week of the shutdown my dryer went out.
When I went to get a new one I got an electric dryer but the outlet did not work. I live in a fairly old home and fearing the worst I put off calling an electrician for another week but finally gave in. A competitor told me that in order to just have someone out to take a look at it, it would end up costing me $135, but if I did the work through them it would go towards it as a credit.

Ended up calling Advance Electric, and they said they would send somebody out to do a free estimate, who could do the work on sight if I chose to have them. I feel terrible about this but, for the life of me I cannot remember the name of the woman I spoke with, however she was extremely professional and courteous over the phone.

Djay was the tech they sent out; he was knowledgeable as well as professional. My house is very old so we got to share a laugh about how old the fuse box was, and he told me he could provide me with an estimate to have that updated as well; which he promptly emailed to me the following day.

He testes the outlet, and opened the panel and quickly diagnosed the problem. He got my 220 outlet quickly reconnected, and was very fair on the price.

He didn't even make fun of how dumb I was for not knowing that it was two wires that could have easily been reconnected if I had taken the panel off and wasn't afraid of being electrocuted based on my obvious ignorance.

My experience with them was contract worthy and I will be working with them in the future for all my electrical needs.

My husband and I had a new room added. K.J. Electric did a wonderful job wiring the room and he was always punctual and pleasant. He always cleaned up after himself. The service we received was awesome!! We would use his company again if needed.

Good work at a far price

John repaired the outside meter box that had pulled away from the wall due to cable settling for me. John was knowledgeable, responsive, and handled all the AES/IPL interaction to assess the issue, determine a satisfactory solution, and day-of-repair disconnect/reconnect. I would use John again for any Electrician related need.

Top quality work.

First, I had to call this company multiple time before I could get someone to come to the house. I specifically explained to the lady on the phone that my dishwasher had a burning smell and that I had some circuit breaker issues. We the guy named Josh came this morning, I explained the same thing. He never said anything about not being able to look into what was wrong with the dishwasher, this was the main reason I called their company, He checked the circuit breaker for the dishwasher and saw it didnt trip off. At about 15mins , he came up and told me my bill was $155 and I asked if all was well. He said he couldn't do anything for me and I had to call Samsung to fix the Dishwasher. He immediately became aggressive as it was all about the money. I couldn't wait for him to leave. I wrote the check and that was it. Horrible experience. I am going to pretend I lost the $150 which can happen ones in a while.

Update on this case at at 06232022, I got a call from the owner Mr. Rocky, he explained that they don't handle non electrical issues and that there was a miscommunication between me and the tech. He has been magnanimous and waved the initial fee and i will only be paying $30 for the circuit breaker repair. For this reason I thank him for his professionalism and kindness. My review has been changed to a 5 because that is all what customer service is about.

I had a new barn built for my cattle. Jake and crew were able to get me on the schedule really quick. When they arrived they were very professional and walked me through what was needed. Upon completion of the job, which was pretty large, everything was clean and you couldn’t even tell I had a contractor there. They were even able to wire my new spa in for me and gave me a heck of a deal compared to the other quotes I received. I will definitely be using Central Electric for all my electrician needs moving forward. Thanks again guys!

During a wind storm we had the top of a tree come down on the roof with a large limb through the bedroom ceiling along with a wire. Called Aarons and Tom and Jim came out the next afternoon to check the wire and take care of it. We're very happy with the response and price.

Just had IPL out at 10:30 PM because of power going in and out, come to find out that the installer did not contact IPL when installing the upgraded. All of the connection was not done correctly. IPL stated it was a miracle that our house did not catch on fire. Make sure Frye contact IPL when doing any work or you contact them for proper installation. Thank God for IPL fixing the problem at 10:30 PM.

Alex is not just a knowledgeable electrician, but also a wonderful person and is a pleasure to do business with. He is extremely responsible and punctual.

Called for an estimate, scheduled an appointment and NO ONE SHOWED UP at the scheduled time. I called to ask if there was a problem and could we reschedule since no one showed up and NO ONE called me back!!!

They terminated stress cones incorrectly on my job and cost us tens of thousands in rework. Hacks.
