We have called IPMC for many types electrical service, both at our last house and at our new home. Every time we schedule they arrive as planned, complete the job nicely, and clean up afterwards. All of this and very reasonable prices have made IMPC our favorite electrical company! Thank you for doing such a great job on all of our work! (from adding recessed lights, replacing lights, adding lights/chandeliers, adding wiring for our garage heater, whole home humidifier, and so much more). I was looking for someone to install the ring flood lights(3 in total), called Alex and left a voicemail and in few mins he texted back asking about my address and details, same day he came and gave a quote/estimate which was pretty fair comparing to the quotes I got from 2 famous electrician companies among which 1 was triple the cost. He was able to schedule the work the next day. His team came on time explained me the pros and cons of which location will be best to install the ring flood lights, very professional and very knowledgeable him and his team too. After installation they helped me set it up and position the camera and lights. They did a good quality work and cleaned up the area very well after they completed. Overall I think he is our friendly neighborhood electrician!!!

Alex and his team did an excellent job fixing a couple outlets that got cut while a deck was installed. His team came out very quickly in trouble shot the issue. They were very affordable and professional. I've worked in the construction trades while in college and know what right looks like, I would definitely hire Alex and his crew again. They don't nickel and dime you with trip charges or other incidentals like a majority of other electrical contractors. Please check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I was in need of lighting and decided to contact three places in early January. Alex replied right away and came out to my home to review my space and needs. He was very informative and helped lay out options that could work. His pricing was very competitive. Once we scheduled the install, Alex was prompt, courteous, respectful and informative throughout the process. I also did not have sconces at the time of the install as i was unsure of what might work in that space. At the end of the job he said to just text him when i was ready to order and he would come out and install them, which i did. I would highly recommend Alex for lighting and electrical needs and will certainly use him for any go-forward projects. He was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process.

Alex and his guys have done a wonderful job on my home repairs. They are very kind, patient and take the time to walk you through every detail so that you clearly understand their work. His honesty and fairness stand above all other contractors that I’ve had in my home and I am a tough customer to please.

Alex never tried to “sell” me on anything that wasn’t needed to complete the work within standard building codes.

I recommend Alex and his subs to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price. These guys are punctual and do what they say their going to do, no-nonsense.

IPMC is my go to company for all of our electrical needs. Alex has always been so great to work with. We have been using him for the last couple of years. He did a home office remodel for us and recently just did all the electrical work for our newly remodeled kitchen. We have a older home so it was a little bit more difficult of a job. Alex has done a number of jobs for me. A variety of tasks including: running new power line to a new room, running a line for a new fan and new pendant lighting, fixing outdoor spur where power line comes to the house, replaced circuit breaker, installing a nest doorbell. He does a great job and for a good price. I would highly recommend him.

Alex did the electrical work for our basement when we finished it and he was great! He was punctual, knowledgeable, prepared, efficient, and a nice guy. He had to deal with two homeowners managing their own construction project and he was patient and helped us understand things. Plus he didn’t complain about fixing some wiring mistakes we made (we thought we could do most of the electrical ourselves—ha!). The work he did for us was top notch and reasonably priced. We have had 2 electrical issues over the last six months, one outside the house and one inside. Alex was not only prompt and courteous, but he also tested to thoroughly make sure that every possible issue relating to our electrical problem was solved. We had a very large pendant light installed. It was a new install as there was nothing there before. We had multiple estimates and IPMC was the best and Alex even came before to check everything out to give the most accurate estimate while other places were very blanket in their estimates. Having had three bad experiences with lawn care and landscaping not showing up and canceling, I was not expecting such good service from Alex. He answered the phone no voicemail, he was here within the window he gave, and the price he quoted was more than reasonable for what we needed. Same day service! Very knowledgeable, and explained what he had done and why. Very professional. All on a holiday weekend on Saturday no less! We couldn’t have been more satisfied. Don’t sleep on Alex, he has to be one of the best out there. We highly recommend, and will call him first for any electrical needs in the future.

This is my first time I used Alex Electric Service. The breaker panel in my house that controlled the garage door was bad. Without power, the garage door was inoperative. I called Alex and he responded very quickly. He came next day and did his assessment, quickly found the problem: a broken underground wire was broken. Then he and his assistant digged our the broken wire and replaced with new ones. The quick diagnosis was very impressive and the service fee is very reasonable. Thank Alex for his good efforts.

There are no words to describe what Alex and Nick did for me!!! After purchasing over 5K SF fixer upper in Carmel I searched for honest, knowledgeable and affordable crew to make my design dreams come true. After real bad experiences with other contractors I ended up in the situation where my high end $$$ kitchen cabinets got almost destroyed and I was desperate to find someone to rescue my project. Nick and Alex were brave enough to redo and finish someone else’s job and complete all the parts of my kitchen renovation: cabinets and trim work, appliance installation, all electrical, plumbing and tile work. I was truly amazed with the QUALITY of craftsmanship and the way these guys stand by their words. So, I entrusted them to complete my other projects in the house including our master bathroom remodel. It was extremely important to me to be involved in all the decision makings and in every step of the way. “Simply the Best! I could not be more satisfied with electrical and remodeling work completed by Alex and Nick. I had a list of 10-15 electrical and interior construction /upgrade items to be completed. It was so nice and hassle free to have IPMC do the work. They are a “One Stop Shop”! They can do it all so there is no need to call several different contractors. I called IPMC on a Saturday. Alex came that same day to estimate the work and was able to work me into his schedule immediately. There are no salesmen.... they give you the estimate and then get to work! We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by IPMC. The entire crews' amazing. Alex and Nick are detail oriented and they ensured everything is perfect. They were on time everyday and worked very hard. They even worked on it while we were out of town so it could be finished upon our return. Very disappointed in the service we received from the technician. After reading the great reviews, I expected a lot more. I was happy with how quickly they could come out as they were able to come out two days after I called. We had a bedroom where the ceiling fan/light stopped working. The technician tried the remote and light switch and said I needed a new receiver for the fan. He didn't look at it or check our power to the room until I told him we didn't think there was power coming to the switch. So he did take the plate off and said it was fine. He was here about 10 minutes. We purchased a receiver as he suggested but it didn't fix the problem. We called a different electrician who found the problem right away. The dimmer switch was bad. He replaced it and now the fan and light are working perfectly. So, not only did the technician not find the problem, but he suggested we purchase an item we didn't need. I feel like we were his last appointment of the day and he just wanted to be done.

I am so very thankful for Alex. We had just moved into our new home and the washer and dryer would not work. There was an issue with the outlet. I purchased a new house and was preparing to sell my current one.
Initially hired IPMC to install garage heating system in the new house.
Not only did I get what I asked for, it was honestly the best contractor I ever worked with.
Never cutting corners on important things, and not overspending on things that are not essential. So obvious these guys know exactly what they are doing, and they do not try to upsell anything.

After the first project I wondered what else I could use their help for.
Long story short, this is what they did for me so far:
- Installed Garage heater system
- Insulated garage walls and attic area; wired outlets throughout garage and outside
- Ran water line into garage from the source in the basement, installed faucets, etc.
- Replaced carpet with hardwood floor in the office room
- Installed garage storage cabinets
- Massive overhaul in the old house in preparation for sale, including large exterior trim work, electrical, interior carpentry and painting, plumbing.

Another thing I was always impressed with was the turnaround time. These guys work really fast.

It may sound weird, but after a couple projects with IPMC I stopped wondering what another contractor would charge if IPMC could do the job.
That's how great I feel about their work.

After reviewing several doorbell/camera products, NEST seemed to stand out from the rest. Alex was very knowledgable of the NEST product, his install was perfect and his guidance and hand on explanation of the phone application setup was more then I expected. Awesome!! I called to IPMC,LLC since they were local and had great reviews on here. They did not disappoint. I talked to Alex on the phone to schedule an appointment. I needed a sump pump wired in the basement of my house and also was having trouble with a garage GFI outlet, he did professionally both projects .I had called a few other electricians and gave them the same information and they were all one month out for an appointment . Alex answered quickly and was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling IPMC,LLC for any future electrical needs, and you should, as well!!
