Following a partial home power failure including our AC and stove on a Sunday, Paul Richard Electric responded to my request for an emergency appointment (note: other businesses had a vm on a Sunday). Paul came as scheduled and diagnosed the situation, called CenterPoint Energy for us, laid out the potential scenarios and options. Paul's commitment to helping us, providing detail cost alternatives and understanding of the entire electrical design (from transformer to unit) was spot-on.

We replaced an 18' high ceiling fan. David's team showed on time and quickly got the new fan up and running. Very happy with the installation. Also helped answer questions about switch controls to allow fan speed adjustments at the switch (vs chain).

Excellent work. It's on time and it's done right.

Both the rep and tech were great respectful and professional the whole time. If I have any issues in the future I will be calling them again.

Recently we had an electrical problem that I had tried to fix and was unable to, so we called West Houston Electric to help us out.Drew and his colleague showed up on time and ready to work. They were both friendly and professional, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes(!). I am definitely a repeat customer!

The reviews on here are all employees of the said company. Small company = small mindedness.. Greenhands are hired then fired after it slows down because lack of productivity or motivation. How can a greenhand show their best quality when they are limited to bs work and no learning experience. The owner himself shows no concern for his non favorite employees also he curses with vulgar language. If you want to waste your time then this is the company for you. Also, they have horrible staff management. A project on the Northside would have employees living on the other side of town out there and vice versa. Belco electric. Hah.

Had some issues with lighting in my home. These guys took the time to not only fix the issue but showed me how to fix future issues. Very helpful. Awesome service

I was recommended this business and it delivered stupendously! Quick response time and they came out same day to check out the power box and electric vehicle charger installation area. They ordered the parts and came back to install it two days later. Quick and easy, I highly recommend 10/10!

Called 0600 replied. Was here an hour and a half later, analyzed, diagnosed, cured. He is a Doctor of his craft.

Our baseboard heater was not working suddenly and we needed a quick fix. We contacted this company and they were very cordial on the phone.
