After the work was done the power would not reconnect the power since some work done by a previous owner. On Time made the necessary repairs the next day so power could be restored. They were punctual in all the appointments, explained the issues, and resolved the problem without issue.They are honest and I recommend them to any one.

When the breaker to my heat popped in the breaker panel, I knew that I had to most likely replace the entire breaker panel, as it was out dated and I have had problems in the past with a particular breaker. I was impressed that I was able to receive an immediate appointment. Theo Nikolla was my service technician and I immediately felt comfortable with him. Theo was very professional and knowledgeable.Once I agreed on the quote, he immediately started with the procedure of replacing the breaker panel. Theo was very thorough and also respected my home. He went above and beyond on pointing out a few more issues and items that needed to be addressed. I felt that Theo really took pride in his craft. ( which is rare these days) I am so happy that I made the call to West Houston Electric.

This Electric company and Technician have the best service and professional technician name Robert Viema. This Technician was knowledgeable and professional with his craft. He showed up and time and took care of business. I highly recommend this guy and company. He installed three beautiful ceiling fans and three pendant lights.

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
