Paul Richard Electric, LLC Electrician
Paul and his team did a great job for us with some electrical installations and troubleshooting. The scope of work was well explained including cost estimates and timing of the work. Paul was very flexible fitting in the work with our schedule; he and his team were very courteous and did a thorough job leaving our house free of dust and debris following the installations. I thoroughly recommend Paul and his team and will definitely be using his services again if we need any electrical work done around the house.

Allsource Electrical Technologies LLC Electrician
I contacted Allsource Electrical for a bid on 8 can lights installed in our ceiling, with easy access to walk around in attic space. I read the reviews of Allsource Electrical and felt they were a reputable company and provided a great service. A very respectful young man gave me an estimate for the install. We agreed on the price and I signed and approved the estimate. We scheduled the same week but had to postpone one week due to illness. We rescheduled and when the electrian showed up, he stated the estimated price had changed and was now 4 times more to install the lights. He explained he made a mistake entering the work to be performed, but he could try to negotiate on our behalf to get a better deal. He came back with a reduced price, but still was twice as much as the original quote. I was disappointed that I rescheduled my day that affected others when they could have notified me about the increase and their error. I felt the experience was similar to buying a car that the salesman had to reach out to his supervisor for a better deal to offer me. Very disappointed.

Mister Sparky Electrician Katy Electrician
Mister Sparky is a good company but there are two reasons this Katy location is getting a 1 star from my end:1. Very inflated prices2. Management lack customer training and was very unprofessional. In my case I am referring to William from their management. So I needed a 50amp Generator interlock kit installed (not transfer switch). This required four parts: 50Amp inlet, interlock panel piece, and 50Amp trip switch + some wires. These parts are all available no more than $200 at home depot/lowes (Pics attached) + 2 hour Labor. My total bill from Mister Sparky = $1500+I made the mistake of putting my trust too much on them so I agreed for the job thinking that's probably how much these parts costs but when I saw these parts installed on my panel and searched the prices of these parts, I was floored to find out these parts only costs $176. So basically they charged me $1300 just for two hour labor job which is insanity. So I decided to reach out to their management on this:I get a call from William - Probably one of the worst customer support manager I've dealt with. After politely asking him for explanation, his summary was: Due to pandemic everything in the World is now inflated so they had to raise their prices to keep running their business etc. And he went on and on about how this job's cost was validated without any reference whatsoever. I was really mortified by this experience, regardless of how your your company is there was no way for him to explain charging $1300 on a 2 hour labor job even with a experience licensed electrician. Instead of rectifying the situation he made the conversation so awkward to a point where I just had to end the call due to his unprofessionalism and lack of customer training.I called a few other places around and they are charging half of what I payed. So I surely feel duped and stupid for trusting them to be fair. Lesson learned! So do your research, get more quotes before you decide to go with them.-Xavier M.

Mister Sparky Electrician Bellaire Electrician
Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Jolt Electrical Solutions, LLC - Houston Electrician
This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
