My home was effected by the Winter Storm, I had alot of damage. I called on Paul Richard Electric during each phase of restoring my home. Larry, David and Jose were the techs that serviced my home. They were all friendly, on time, professional and knowledgeable. All of them explained to me the work they were completing. The price was reasonable. We had several electrical repairs needed on our med center townhouse including, replacing a breaker box, repairing some in-ground outdoor lighting, and changing out our fluorescent bathroom light with new LED lighting. We called early on a Saturday morning and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within about 15-20 minutes scheduling us for later that afternoon. They were able to work with us on pricing and they completed all of the jobs in one day. It was so nice to work with such a professional company. We highly recommend them.

Wired Electric is my family's best found secret. Their customer service is by far the best I've experienced. That includes their friendly electrical technicians. We've worked with Wired Electric many years, and we have never been disappointed. They do their best to get the job done the same day! Wired Electric charges by the hour, but their electrical technicians don't waste time in doing their best to get the job done. Give Wired Electric a try, you will not be you did!

Very professional service. A different service wanted to charge me for a full replacement of an entire doorbell system . Allsource Electric found a wire that had come off of the doorbell transformer and were able to save me a lot of money by not having to replace a perfectly good doorbell transformer and doorbell chime. I appreciate this type of honesty and integrity. I will use them for any electrical issues in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Fast service, very knowledgeable, and very courteous! Lee, our electrician, went above and beyond with us despite us having so many questions. He even was able to get work done for us that another company wanted to charge thousands more to do! We will definitely use them again!

Excellent company .

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
