By far my best experience with an electric service in the area! They were easy to schedule a same day appointment then upon arrival quick to diagnose the problem. Had the pleasure of meeting several employees and Paul too, all of whom were very professional and courteous. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family and saved their number immediately. I think they were probably kind of expensive for what I needed, but I didn't really have time to get a bunch of estimates. I just wanted my kitchen light working. The repair guy was on time and nice enough(although they did miss an appointment during the week, they gave me a discount for that). All in all, they were a bit pricey, but they got the job done well and quick. I would probably use them again.

I arranged with Wired Electrical Services to have them replace and install a new light fixture in our home swimming pool yesterday, Wed. March 30, 2022. The dispatcher, Ellie, scheduled for an electrician/technician to come to our home between 2:00 and 6:00 pm today March 31, 2022 to install the fixture. It is now 7:00 p.m. and no-one from this company ever showed up. Furthermore, they did not even have the decency and courtesy to call to reschedule their failed appointment.To the Owner of Wired Electrical Services:There is a discrepancy regarding what the technician's account and what really transpired during last night's telephone call. To be clear he called after 7: 20 P.M, when it was already dusk, and said he couldn't come to our home because one of his earlier service calls took him almost all day to finish. I asked him whether he could still come over to make the installation. He said he was already home and didn't think he could make it and that I should call the office next morning to reschedule.My exception to this situation is that when Angel, the technician, found out he was running late, rather than making me wait for him for over three hours, why didn't he call me earlier so I could call your office to reschedule the appointment. Or why didn't he call the office himself when he could have. His lack of customer service, lack of professional courtesy, lack of communication and shoddy handling of this matter needs to be brought to your attention.With people like that working for you, I would definitely not even think of rescheduling our installation with your company. Thankyou.

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. Excellent company .

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
