Best Remodel Project in Houston TX
Needed to get a Chandelier installed within a very narrow window. Alondra had a crew at my house the very next day, quoted and got the Chandelier installed. Professional crew, polite and diligent.Once the completed the job, they broke out their own vacuum cleaner and trash bags and policed up after themselves. They met a clean home and left it in a clean state upon completion. Great crew.

After a mix-up of what work was to be done, John, the President of On-Time, personally reached out to me and ensured that I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service that the company as a whole put forth. It's also always a plus that the President is hands-on in his company and truly cares about his customers.

Tony came out and did a great job! After being the 3rd electrician to come out to my house, he made the repairs fast and informed me of helpful tips for the future. This is the second time I've had Mr. Sparky do electrical work and I've been satisfied both times. Quality work, would definitely recommend. Don't waste your time on trying to find the cheap route...you definitely get what you pay for!

I represent a large beverage company and Mid-West has been one of the best electrical companies that we have worked with. Quality first is critical. Mid-West also has delivered quickly and precise on scheduling and project management. I expected a few dates to slip but they have had success delivering on time and working through the permits process and utility process correctly.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

We had a few outlets installed in our backyard patio. Drew was very professional and efficient. He was careful with his work and did not leave a big mess. He kept me informed during the process and confirmed any decisions prior to completing the project. We are happy with the results and would use his services again.

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
