We purchased LED lights through Paul Richard for our kitchen under counter lighting to replace older fluorescent fixtures that kept breaking at a pretty reasonable price. Johnathon was on time and very proficient in removing and installing the new lights. They look and work great. We are scheduling more work to update other outdated light fixtures for newer high efficiency ones.

absolute time waster! Scheduled for Tuesday 8/7 appointment for an estimate, no show no call; I've call to let him know no one shows up and their customer rep insist that I reschedule for the next day. call me at 9am the next day told me the car of technician broke down for the 8-10am appointment. This company is perfect for people with a lot time and no life who can stay home everyday hoping someone shows up.

After a mix-up of what work was to be done, John, the President of On-Time, personally reached out to me and ensured that I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service that the company as a whole put forth. It's also always a plus that the President is hands-on in his company and truly cares about his customers.

Unfortunately Joshua couldn’t help me because I had an electric dryer but a gas hookup. He was however very helpful in helping me get in touch with a company that services gas calls and also helped with a ceiling fan and light. I will call him for future electrical needs, he was a pleasure to work with!

Mid-West Electrical has been our electrical service provider for over 30 years now. They have done everything from small jobs to large major jobs. Their office personnel to their electricians have all been great to work with. Very professional and responsive to all our needs. Special thanks to Justin Lewis for his quick responses, input and expertise in obtaining quotes and willingness to help out were needed. And to our go to electrician Bob Shiffler for all his years of service and expertise (Great Electrician). I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Really happy with the repairs done to my home. Everything was done professionally and quickly.

I hired this local electrician to install my sockets and switch and he was great! He had all of the tools needed and tried not to mess up any of the walls. He also hooked up my ceiling fan after I mentioned it would help with cooling down. The entire process was seamless and easy.
