They did a great job installing a kitchen light fixture and outdoor outlet. They came out within 24 hours to give a bid, and scheduled the work within 2 business days of my bid acceptance. Best of all, they gave a bid for a small job, and many contractors only want the big ones. I do recommend this company.

Brandon was awesome! He arrived on time, and was polite & courteous throughout. He evaluated my situation, advising me of my options and a competitive quote. We agreed and he got right to work. He was faster then he advised he'd be and once finished, he showed me what he did, explaining how and why, and showed that it worked, etc. Quick and easy. Will be calling again next time I have a need!

Remarkably happy with Joshua and Mr. Sparky. I had a dated electric cooktop that needed rewiring to code. It was a bigger job, but he was able to get it done on his first visit. I will use Mr. Sparky again!

Mr. Electric was able to send out a technician to give me an estimate very quickly. He was on time and very nice and patient with all of our requests. He was able to finish the about 10 odd electrical jobs we asked in only a day. He gave us very good advice regarding a variety of electrical situations in our house. Overall we had a few new lights installed, a few new plugs installed and a replaced breaker. I would definitely use them again for how nice, efficent and fair priced they were.

New and improved breaker box is installed. Mr. Electric technician did a good job. Everything is up and running now and our house is cool.

Oscar Rosales of Right Pro Electrical Services went over and above for us today. We ran into him at Ace Hardware while we were there looking for a trip circuit breaker. Two places were sold out of the one we needed (Ace and Lowes). Oscar had what we needed in his truck (thankfully!) and I asked him if he would please follow us home and help us out as we had no electricity in half of the house and no televisions were working (and we had company). Not only did Oscar change it out for us but he also had to move furniture around, trouble shoot the problem, he explained everything we needed to do in the future and he also reset our garage door (which hasn't worked in nearly a year since the last power outage) and didn't charge us for that. He really saved the day for us today. We will call on Oscar again and we will recommend him to our family and neighbors as well. We are very pleased with the personal level of service, friendliness and professionalism.

This was the best experience I have ever had so far with an electric company. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived well with in the time frame we set. Finished the job in a timely manner cleaned up everything in and out no issues at all. They definitely exceeded my expectations by far. If this was the Olympics they would have brought home the gold medal. They installed my generator to my breaker box panel outstanding job. I'll definitely be using them again in the near future. I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

Javier did a great job the three times he performed services in my home. I called him originally ( 2 years ago) to install 5 ceiling fans and was very impressed.Javier was very nice, punctual, professional, cleaned up after job, wore protective covering on shoes, and very respectful manor. He came in and was shown the rooms for installations, at which point , he recommended other parts because of my ceiling height. Javier offered to go get it or wait while I run to pick it up. He stated that there was no additional charge or he can install what I had an come back within the year of my warranty.I loved that he cared enough to give advice that would benefit me, the customer. I called him back for other electrical jobs and he was just as professional, caring, cleaned up, etc. Again he gave advise/recommendations of product that I never imagined.Javier is very knowledgeable about his craft and makes sure the job is done well. I am new home owner and had previous electrical work done by another contractor. I didn't know at the time but it was a really bad job. This visit was a blessing to not only me but my house and family. Mr. Electric sent out Francisco to install 1 front door light and 3 outdoor floodlights. The company informed me that he would arrive earlier than scheduled which was a good surprise. He was very professional and courteous. After installing the first light without any problems he moved on to the second and oh boy that is where the problems begin. The old breaker for the circuit to all the oldside lights were totally wrong. So instead of 120v going thru the line, it was 250v. This is why my old flood lights failed in the first place and needed replacing. Franciso went above and beyond to find this out. He was all up in my attic tracing the wires back to the fuse box and figured it out in no time. When he replaced the old flood lights the metal bracket was all burnt and fried black. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. If it wasn't for Francisco's hard work I would have never found out. I want to thank Mr. Electric for sending him to my house. If you want peace of mind and quality work done right at a reasonable price do not hesitate to call Mr. Electric. Definitely my new go to electricians from now on. Thank you Francicso so much.
