This outfit provided and installed our whole house standby generator. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism. and competence. The generator passed all its tests with flying colors. I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Beware of these people. They will seem as a nicely run family business, who are kind, courteous and honest. That’s where I made my mistake in trusting them. They will do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you by bad business practice and dishonest dealings. They will do this all while smiling and lying to your face in the process. They put up a good front, so that they are able to deceive and manipulate people into situations where they can be taken advantage of. Steer as far away from this company if you are looking for honest dealings.

I had an electrical issue with a light fixture at my home. I called Mr. Sparky 6 PM Wednesday evening. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday morning the next day. Neil, the electrician came to the house and we discussed the issues I was experiencing. Neil reviewed the pricing and then went to work and repaired the light fixture.The service was informative, courteous, professional. All elements of what he was doing or proposing was explained before proceeding. Neil did an full inspection of the electrical system of the home and offered recommendations.
