Matthew was my technician, and he was AWESOME! He arrived on time and was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable! He explained the entire process to me and gave me quotes before he began to work. He finished the repair quickly and let me know what he was doing as well as the process to follow up if I need more help. And icing on the cake was that the repair was affordable! I highly recommend this company, and if you get Matthew as a technician, just know you are in good hands!

Chris provided excellent service and explained in detail the work he was doing. He also broke down the quotes for additional services we requested and what he thought was worth doing. It was easy to setup appointment and they communicated ahead of time that Chris was running a little late. I would use them in the future for electrical issues.

We used them to look at a house we were thinking of buying. Sal was excellent, can out on a Sunday, was efficient, communicative and gave us several options should we choose to move forward. If we do need electrical services in the future we will hopefully be able have Sal do the work

I called because the WiFi and my ring weren’t working although when I tested the Ring it showed power and responded to WiFi but wouldn’t ring except on my phone. The Ring connector was previously wired to the old doorbell and had started ringing continuously which was why I called Wired.The worker rewired the ring connection to the attic after reading the Manuel and talking to someone more familiar with ring than he was.After he did this the Ring didn’t work at all. He tried several options but although he showed there was power going to the Ring, it no longer even would ring on the phone. After several hours of trying he said I had to contact Ring.I called Ring and they sent a replacement that I will try to install this weekend.Spend several hours and a lot of money on a very nice repair man but the problem isn’t resolved.

They came when they were scheduled to, knew precisely what needed to be done, and installed a new outlet for us. This required crawling underneath our deck on a rainy day, yet they did so with a pleasant attitude and efficiency. They are absolutely someone I would use again for electrical work.

Jason is THE EXPERT!!! He provides exceptional work and service in everything he does!!! We have had him do a lot of work on our old house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! Our first job with Jason was an urgent one and he squeezed us into his busy schedule and had our issues fixed in no time! They are really good. They found the problem on our electrical panel in 2 minutes, which took days to another person to discover the problem and give us the wrong solution. Sean is very patient and responsive. I’ll definitely be hiring their services in the future!
