Once he arrived I explained what the problem was and he explained what happened, gave me a quote and went to work. I was extremely pleased with him, and the price was reasonable. What a fantastic business! The technician came out to check on the power outages I was experiencing in specific rooms. Prior to hiring him, I had three other businesses do inspections. He was the most helpful electrician and the nicest person around. He hung out with me for a whole hour, checking out my apartment. He uncovered problems that the other firms had neglected to look for or investigate. Generally, they were quite useful, and I will be utilizing them again in the future.

They came when they were scheduled to, knew precisely what needed to be done, and installed a new outlet for us. This required crawling underneath our deck on a rainy day, yet they did so with a pleasant attitude and efficiency. They are absolutely someone I would use again for electrical work.

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. Deciding to go with DM Electrical and Construction for our Generac generator and panel upgrade installations was the right choice. DM Electrical personnel were professional in every aspect from their initial visit to completion of the generator and panel upgrade installs. Margo and other DM Electrical personnel (Reyes, John, Rick, and Cole to name a few) were timely and did a good job of staying on top of things with the inspections. I certainly recommend DM Electrical to anyone looking for a contractor to assist with a whole house generator or upgraded panel installation.
