Electrician wore 'booties' over his work boots, and gave me many options (different price ranges) for jobs I need for our home---many security related. And....they did not charge me for the visit. I had a whole house standby generator and automatic transfer switch installed at my 3 story townhome. It was not an easy installation as I had high expectations for the outcome of the final product. Also, being in a townhome, space was at a premium. Daniel and the team at Brotherlylove Electric not only met these expectations but exceeded them. A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.

He did a great job. Made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Really nothing to say but positive experience. Tech arrived 20 minutes before my time slot, identified the problem quickly, offered a few solutions and then went to work on the one I picked. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again in the future.
