Finished the job in a timely manner cleaned up everything in and out no issues at all. They definitely exceeded my expectations by far. If this was the Olympics they would have brought home the gold medal. They installed my generator to my breaker box panel outstanding job. I'll definitely be using them again in the near future. T&Z did a good job from start to finish. I called around the city for someone to complete my tub surround and not only were they the most affordable but they started right away. We called Local Electrician to perform a Panel upgrade and install Generator Transfer switch and connections. Sean assessed the work and gave us a fair price for the work on a Friday. Patriot Electrical services did a remarkable job installing my generator. Once Adam realized my predicament he pulled out all the stops to get my generator installed. After a few phone calls and texts and Adam coordinating with my propane provider he set a date for install. As happy as i was with Adam, his electricians were just as responsive and did an exceptional job on- site getting my generator installed. They were very professional, worked well with the propane installers, and were also very courteous. Best of all they cleaned up the work area completely before they left. They also took time to walk me through the operation of the generator. Big thanks to Pedro, Joseph and Adam for taking ownership of this project and seeing it to completion. 8:30am - 9:30am appointment, no call / no show. I called at 10:30am, was told the tech would arrive within 20 minutes... no call / no show.I called at 11am to cancel the appointment. Dempsey claimed they had an emergency call, I'm sure. How about a phone call?Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
