I work at an old mechanic shop. Management hired Right Touch to replace our very old, unlabeled and incorrect panel that was affecting daily work at our shop. Right Touch came and did the job during closing hours and I stayed late at work because I had some loose ends to take care of. They ran into a huge issue with the construction of the building, but by the next morning when I came into work, Wes had everything back up and running with a brand new panel. He returned later and was very helpful to us with locating exactly which breakers do what and all the questions we had. Thanks Right Touch

Oscar (the owner and Master Electrician) is awsome! First of all, he and his team were very punctual each day. Oscar was very thorough in inspecting my breaker box and wiring, and outlets around my home, explaining everything that needed to be done, thus offering me 3 different options. His prices were very fair. He's very hands on... working along side several of his team, Chris and Israel, each day. They installed recessed lights (adding dimmer switches for the lights) and ceiling fans (also adding switch wiring to one fan). A dedicated circuit for my microwave hood, & a GFCI receptacle was installed. The underground wires from the transformer to my home were replaced, as well as a new meter box, and new breaker panel, and a whole house surge protector. Overall, Oscar, Chris and Israel were incredibly professional, polite, and very considerate with our comfort and our 15 month old grand babys needs (naps). Oscar would end each day, asking if we were satisfied with the work, or if we had any questions or concerns. He was incredibly patient and caring. One more thing...they all were very respectful of my home (shoe covers, tarps covering floors, etc), and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys. They did a great job and I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.

I have used this company on multiple occasions over the years and they are friendly, reliable, speedy, honest and affordable. Excellent experience. I called for a collection of smaller issues that I had been sort of saving up and had an electrician at my house two hours later, right at the start of my appointment window. He did a good evaluation of my issues and offered a fair estimate with no pressure. I have a degree in physics, though not enough practical expertise to do the repairs myself. Xavier explained everything to me very clearly so I understood exactly what was going on and why I had the problems. In the process of fixing the things I had requested he also found a safety issue with one of my circuit breakers, and he fixed that too. He even adjusted my smoke detectors, which I always have trouble reaching. This is the second time I have used Mr. Sparky, and both times the electrician showed me major safety issues that I was unaware of. (Again, these are legit-I know the science!). I highly recommend them for fast service, clear explanations, and never pushing me to get services I’m not prepared to pay for.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
