They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Thank you gentlemen for your commitment to excellent service!

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

More importantly though, before he started a diagnostic on our malfunctioning fire alarm, he informed us about the options and costs of each option and pointed out the most cost effective one of which we weren't aware. Carlos was amazing. I got some recessed lights put into my master bedroom. He was prompt, affordable and did great work. I will definitely be calling him again for more electrical work in the future.

First off I would like to say that I had a very dim lighting in both my kitchen and my garage (builders placed cheap fixtures). I requested a quote for candid lights and Mr. Cele gave us a very Reasonable quote for 7 candid lights. We were so impressed we asked Mr.Cele to come install 4 more. My husband has started to refer him to all his friends because he leaves his work very clean and professionally done.

I worked with Jeanne Stubbs, she is amazing and has a lot of knowledge in this area. The technician arrived timely and did an excellent job. Simply amazing work! Thank you so very much! Dempsey Electric is the worst company ever. This company charged me 1800.00 dollars to change the breaker box of my home. It took him a 8 months to do this job which never pass inspection from the City of Houston. The job he did looks like a rookie did it. He used the wrong gauge wiring, fittings, and couplers. When it rained, water leaked in box. They made holes all over my home for no reason. I had to fix that myself. To make matters worse my AC unit went out because the main ground cable was NOT CONNECTED!!!! Don't know why he would forget to hook it back. Its was a brand new Goodman AC unit which I paid over $4000 dollars. I tried to call Roger, the guy who did the job back but never answers. SO HOUSTONIANS BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!
