He didn't hesitate one second. Don't worry sir I'll see your father tomorrow. He honestly gave a very fair estimation of what a call would with that type of work be, and what the he would check and a course of action that the job would require. He displayed confidence, reassurance and integrity that is getting rarer by the day.
