Best Electrical Outlet Installed in Houston TX

I have used this company 3 times and I havereally enjoyed their honest and thorough service. John even went the extra mile and went up and crawled through the attic to make sure there wasn't a water leakage. Wasn't expecting that from them. Highly recommend Mister Sparky ?

Customer service was very poor. I spoke to DUANE who says he's the manager was condescending & unprofessional & hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced a total lack of respect like this. We recently purchased a home with a generator & called Wired to come service it since we have no experience with generators. The tech who came out was timely & courteous but when we asked about a gas meter to run the generator he didn't know & said to call his manager for more info so I did. The manager said to call Centerpoint to install the meter then call him back, so I did. When I called the manager back to request follow up service (as he directed me to do), he said I had to pay the full fee again & when I questioned the fee he became argumentative and extremely rude. Will NEVER use this company again. BEWARE!

West Houston Electric sent a technician, Michael, to do some general repairs. Michael assessed the work to be done, reviewed a quote with us to perform the work, and completed the work in a professional and efficient manner. Michael was friendly and calm, and we would be happy to have him back in the future.

This electrician company is by far the best since 16 years homeowner.Ive hired them serval times to switch out light switches, replacement and relocation of panel box to having my Cummins Generator installed.From the initial inquiry response, on time appointment to the finished projects TLS has been very mindful of my budget, time, and placement of products with safety always being their number one priority. James is one of the owners who followed up to make sure of my satisfaction. But Matt is the star of the show. He is very knowledgeable and skilled also througholy tests his work before the job is completed. They don't cut corners on their work. He also takes great pride in his work and that leaves me with confidence and reassurance that my home is in good hands. Their apprentices are in the making to be great future electricians with TLS.Tri-lite Solutions is my forever electricians.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

Would definitely recommend Camden Electric. We utilized this service for light installation and were very pleased with the owner’s style of work. He took his time and was very knowledgeable about the equipment we needed and what would be most aesthetically pleasing. We actually rehired him after we were forced to remodel our entire home after the Texas freeze. He was able to troubleshoot all of our lighting issues and make sure our home was safe after discovering a few wiring issues. Our house looks so modern now and we always get compliments on the lighting. We are even able to use an app to control the lighting from our phones. We would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of troubleshooting/repair or any lighting upgrades.

Justin w/ Mister Sparky did a great job! Diagnosed the issues quickly we had w/ some faulty wiring and connections leading to our HVAC that wasn't being powered. He was in and out w/ it fixed in an hour. Provided updates on each step w/ pricing before moving forward. Will use them again.

8:30am - 9:30am appointment, no call / no show. I called at 10:30am, was told the tech would arrive within 20 minutes... no call / no show.I called at 11am to cancel the appointment. Dempsey claimed they had an emergency call, I'm sure. How about a phone call?Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
