I called several electricians that open 24 hours and left messages or spoke to customer services who promised an electrician will call me. Paul was the only one called back and so patiently guided me to self-diagnose the problem. I am so grateful because he is not only so kind but so understanding. He is the only electrician I will go to in the future as I won’t even bother trying anyone.
