The initial phone conversation was professional and optimistic. There was a miscommunication via text on my part as I'm not familiar with the processes. I received a friendly phone call explaining everything and scheduled the appointment to upgrade my electrical panel. Very excited for the upgrade as this is my first home and I'm learning as I go!

The technician never called. Said he got in the building but didn't know if I was home so left. He could have found out by knocking on the door. BTW I am the HOA President at The Edge Condo and got your number from Rise Management. Needless to say we won't be using a service like this in the futue.

I needed an electrician for some kitchen repairs, so I phoned an emergency one. The equipment was being serviced, but the technicians were unsuccessful. Within 45 minutes, this emergency electrician had everything wired and functioning. He even helped tidy up a major snafu! This emergency electrician has earned my continued business.

I needed a manual interlock and inlet installed for my portable generator. They had to wait for parts since the demand was so high after the winter storm. When parts came in they set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They also had the best price. I called them because of high google reviews, thinking this was a small business in our neighborhood. The phone was routed and routed and finally, a lady picked up the phone. All I want is to have some professionals dispose of the problem first, then get two quotes and then place the service order. She said no problem and there is no trip charge. I was surprised. I coordinated with my tenant to schedule a trip. The 2nd lady picked up the phone told me there is a 60 trip charge if we don't use their services, because this is their policy (why don't tell me during the first call). I made it very clear I just them to take a look and give me a quote and I will get 2nd quote from other places before I place the repair order and I will pay the 60 trip charge. She said this is no problem and will let the technician know. I also told them to have the technician give me a call and explain the issues. They send a technician Chris. He did call me to inform me he is on the way. But then he never called me when he got there and check things. I texted my tenant and he said the work is done. I was shocked. I called the technician Chris right away. He tried to give me a very long explanation - not sure if he just tries to sound he is the expert so can charge me. He also said I authorize them. This is A lie!!!! Later. I got a charge of $681 from a company called Right Touch Electrician.Overall, this is a fraud service by manipulating the customers. Even the diagnose is correct, they charge many high fees. I am filing a dispute now and hopefully, it can be solved. Otherwise, I hope other people can be aware of this fraudulent company.

I called Lone Star for an estimate on wiring a furnace. Another company had begun a wiring overhaul, but didn't finish. I also needed a light fixture installed.They came to give the free estimate 2 days after I contacted them (they would have come sooner, but I wasn't in a hurry, since it wasn't an emergency). They found issues that other companies hadn't found and gave an estimate on the same day. (After a different company told me they needed a full day of billable work to evaluate and offer me an estimate.) They showed up on time to do the work and it was completed in 4 hours. They installed my light fixture, split a switch in my breaker box, added a furnace switch, and wired my furnace. It was great, fast work for a surprisingly low price. I'll be back to them for future electrical services.
