Best Commercial Project in Houston TX

Sal was great! Honest, upfront, and direct. Knew exactly what to do in my house (I have extremely complicated electrical). He solved the problem fast, even went to get bulbs to replace the ones on my Chandelier! Excellent electrician for the Montrose Area as we have older homes. Good servicemen are hard to fine but I highly recommend Sal 10/10. Thank you again! Will be calling in the future as well!

Expensively quality work

We have a few electrical issues.
Sean arrived punctually to investigate our concerns. He was thorough and explained all issues.

Anthony (eletrician) was an hour late to our house. His excuse was that his phone was out of batteries and that he didn't have GPS. Very unprofessional right off the bat.He poked around the breaker box in the house and the meter outside. From what he saw and measured with the voltmeter, nothing was wrong. He said that there was no way he could troubleshoot. Then he said he would check the breaker box again with another gadget and miraculously found the issue. His solution was for us to call CenterPoint.This whole process took less than 30 minutes and he ended up charging the full hourly rate of $148 per hour. Because he did not have a working phone, I went inside to grab my credit card to call the office to pay. I was greeted by the lovely Laura (wife of the owner). I asked her a few questions about the rate and why it was fair to charge customers for the full hour when the electrician only performed half an hour of work. She immediately started to raise her voice and yelled at me. She said that the rate was fully disclosed and that there was a minimum flat rate of $148 for the first hour (which was not mentioned at all in a previous call when we inquired about the rate). After a couple more rude exchanges, I ended up paying. She mentioned that the electrician would stay the full hour and inspect the house (i.e. change light bulbs), which I declined because I just wanted him out. I went outside to get the invoice from Anthony but he was no where to be found. Again, very unprofessional.I notified Laura that Anthony had left. She said he would come back with the invoice, but he never did.This was one of the most frustrating and worst experiences I have ever had and would never recommend Harmony Electrics to anyone I know. There are glowing 5 star reviews on Yelp, but I struggle to see how this company could deliver such service.

I am a penny-pincher do-it-yourselfer and I lost power to part of my house, I tried to troubleshoot it myself but decided I was outmatched. I called T.D. Stevens and Tyrell came out New Years Eve and quickly found out the problem. Turns out that one line from my transformer was damaged (confirmed by CenterPoint). Not only did he run a new line, but he offered to update my breaker box and run power out to my shed. All of which was something I have been wanting to do for a while and he gave me a price I couldn't pass up. Tyrell stayed long after his part of the job was done to wait for CenterPoint to connect power. Trevelle started early each day and worked hard until the job was done. The pictures show the excellent quality of their work, even better than I was hoping for. I definitely feel that I got everything I payed for and more.

On time and very personable. Good quality of work. Followed Covid precautions and worked quickly! Will definitely use again. Thank you so much!

Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. We bought a new house and the electrical equipment hadn't been updated since the house was built in '83. Half our lights would go out in the rain. We found out we had to replace the entire external electrical system (breaker box and meter)! Not only did Daniel from Lone Star give us a quote that was less than two other companies, but when they did do the work, you could barely tell any work was done! They used the existing holes in the wall to secure the wiring and box, and cleaned up all the grounds afterwards! I would definitely go with Lone Star the next time we need electrical work.

JC installed a GFI outlet in the kitchen, replaced a bathroom ceiling heater/light/exhaust, and corrected a wiring problem in the attic. Professional and friendly at a reasonable price.

I took a job call, for Alpha Elect.When i got to office to do my paper work.The lady at the front desk was very nice, and was able to have a conversation with her.I had a conversation with Jimmie Stallones. Who asked several questions about me and my years as an electrician. While we talked Jimmie showed a lot of interest in what i had to say.The people I talked to showed kindness and respect to me, that meant a lot to me
