I own and operate a Commercial Property Management company called Corinthian Realty Management, LLC. Over the past 2 years we have worked with Right Touch Electrical (RTE) on many projects including office suite remodels, office suite demos, building interior/exterior repairs and even had a few of my client's personal homes worked on as well. Wes and his team onsite are amazing as well as Crystal and the office staff. Always on time, professional, courteous to our clients and tenants, efficient, polite, and a joy to interact with. We will be undergoing some major projects that include several separate companies working simultaneously and I have no doubt that Wes, Crystal and the team at RTE will continue to provide TOP NOTCH service once again. I look forward to working with the entire team at RTE! Thank you Wes & Crystal! Best regards, Tabitha Danesi

Michael was on time. Explained us everything about the problems we had and why it happed. Not only that he suggested us the solutions for the future problems. Fix the issue very fast and in no time. This was our first professional hire to fix issue in our house. So we had no idea how much it cost to hire a professional technician but he explains how things work. We are happy with West Houston Electric and his technician Michael.Five stars ?

OMG responded very quickly and took a hands on approach to calculating how big of a standby generator I needed to run my whole house. They relocated and replaced my main panel with a larger capacity panel, trenched and ran over 40' of conduit, set my generator and transfer switch/panel, contracted a plumber for the gas connections, pulled all permits and inspections with the city of conroe. He came out to do the panel load test on February 22nd, he started the job on the 28th and he was completely finished and inspected by March 15th. Overall an excellent experience... I definitely recommend OMG.

For a small company they offered great service replacing our new upgraded underground power line, breaker box, meter box, adding our portable generator connection and an additional external outlet. All work was done extremely professional to code, work area cleaned and met to our satisfaction. Even though Smart Choice Electrical Services is small, they kept true to their word and time frame of completing all work....Job Well Done!!

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
