Carlos was my tech and he was very helpful and considerate, I really love the service that Carlos provided and although he had to come back the next day to correct someone else's problem, he was on time and professional. Excellent service. We have used Harmony Electric for several years. Does not matter what time we call and what the need is they are very fast at responding. They advise us of any issues when on site. Contacted 2 other electrical companies to install a genetator interlock kit, but they either didn,t provide service or too pricey wanting to install something else. ALL SOURCE ELECTRICAL came right out and very reasonable. I explained what I needed and they took care of it along with a whole house surge protector also purchased. I appreciate the friendly and courteous service and professionalism. Thanks to the tech Dan for explaining and informing while performing the work.

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !
