Best Ceiling Fan Installation in Houston TX

I called the company and they came out the next morning which was important for me since i was in the middle of remodeling my kitchen. The company introduced the electrician with a text with his picture. Electrician, William, has a associate degree as an electrician and did a fine job installing a recepital for my dishwasher and reconfigureing wiring and outlets with an older house that has screwed up wiring.

Edit: set up an appt, had a no call no show. Called back and left a message. Never heard back. They do good work but scheduling is terribleHad a bit of miscommunication on scheduling, but the rest of the service more than made up for it. Sal showed up early, quickly knew how to resolve the issue I had, gave me options, drove to get the part needed, and installed it within a few minutes. The biggest thing I look for is trust and On Time has it.

Great experience! William was prompt, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable with my problem. Took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and of course fixed the problem in a timely manner. Any electrical issues i have in the future will be taken care of by Mister Sparky!

Generally, I have been pleased with the service provided by Wired. However, due to poor communication from the technicians, my most recent experience to have a light fixture installed ended up costing much more than was reasonable! Long story short - the first technician determined that a light fixture could not be repaired, but had to be replaced. I purchased what I thought was the correct fixture based upon his guidance; the next technician determined that it was, in fact, not the correct fixture, therefore requiring another trip charge. So 3 trip charges later, and after 2 trips to the hardware store, the correct fixture was installed.As I do not have any electrical expertise, I depend upon the technicians to provide me with good information, but that didn't happen in this case. Trip charges and fuel/toll charges add up in a hurry! I will certainly be sure to be provided with better information in the future.

Ray and Tommy were fantastic and communicative about the process for installing the generator. They did an excellent job installing the various components including a transfer switch and instructing me on how to use the generator. Would highly recommend Brotherlylove for future services.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients! Good work Lone Star Electric!
