Brandon was awesome! He arrived on time, and was polite & courteous throughout. He evaluated my situation, advising me of my options and a competitive quote. We agreed and he got right to work. He was faster then he advised he'd be and once finished, he showed me what he did, explaining how and why, and showed that it worked, etc. Quick and easy. Will be calling again next time I have a need!

Thanks for waiving the $59.00 fee and charging me $199.00 just to tell me we get these calls all the time. eletric smokers and GFI plugs just dont get along from what he told me was he was going to look for the problem and fix it. If he knew the problem all along then why charge me 199.00. He could have just told me that. But thats how they make their money. 59.00 isnt enough they want to make you think they will do all this to help and turn around and charge you 199.00 for nothing.

Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. As a realtor, having relationships with licensed professionals is very important. I was recently introduced to this company by a colleague. Today I am beyond impressed. I did not receive information on behalf of my client as promised. The owner of the company answered after business hours and made sure I received the information tonight. Great customer service that is hard to come by these days!!

Honest and reasonable!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
