Auggie is the name of my serviceman and he did a great job! He had to remove the old chandelier from a 12' ceiling and then put together and install the new one. He is very professional and respectful. When his supervisor came over to inspect his work, they did me the great favor of resetting the heavy dining room table under the chandelier.

He took the time to diagnose our issue thoroughly and stayed late into the evening so that we could have electricity that night.
