Best Total Kitchen Remodel in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Home Remodeling renovated 3 bathrooms for us-pretty much one right after the other. At the time we contracted with them, we were exhausted from other home repairs and remodeling. We wanted a company that would make things as easy and painless as possible. And, PHR met that criteria 100%. From our first meeting to scope out the project, through design and then construction and clean up, this company said exactly what they would do, when they would do it and kept their word. They communicated consistently and kept all of their appointment times. Construction was completed in a timely manner (but not overnight!) without compromising any quality. The work they did was beautiful and working with them was a dream. A special shout out to Jason, Steve, Aaron, Lupe and Chris--all professionals and a pleasure to work with.

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

A++++ Everything. Shane was on time, professional, organized, and clean. I cannot praise Orange Cactus remodeling enough for the work that was done. Sink, Cabinets, Counter tops, and even hardware was perfectly crafted and installed. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. He left the space as clean as he found it and did an amazing job. One week from demo to completion, which is insane. The remodel made us fall in love again with our condo. SHANE is the BEST.

The workers were on time, clean and efficient. The removed all the door framing and enlarged the opening to the bathroom to and added handicap access bars. They followed all Covid-19 procedures. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

Great Company!

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

Large selection, quick turn around, and competitive prices! They did a wonderful job and followed up to make sure I was happy with final product. I would use them again!

Done to perfection! We had an idea and they made it come to life. Chris knows how to put it together and Sebastian and Vincent are the best when it comes to detail. When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. I just had my kitchen redone and it looks stunning! Everyone that we worked with throughout this project was helpful and professional. The installers were exceptional and treated our house like their own. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with the result of our kitchen, laundry, and bath cabinet refacing. Dan and his crew were fantastic and we now have a beautiful , custom kitchen, bath and laundry. Their attention to detail was superior. Their pricing is fair for the market. They completed the project on time. All were so kind and professional. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who’s kitchen needs a facelift.

After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .
It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. He’s got a great group working for him. We’d hire them again.
